“If I could give this place 20 stars I would. This place is a well oiled machine, he way it operates I mean. The management is very involved, all of the wait-staff is amazing and on point. Your drinks never run low, food is hot, fast, and cooked to perfection. If there were a reason to move here, this resturant would be high on the list. If I'm ever in the the area again, I will be back.“
“First time here the food was delicious and the service was good if I could compare the atmospheres it would be kind of like 2 eggs but the food is a lot better. surprisingly worth the trip . But be aware they do add tip to the ticket automatically.“
“I received my food fast with friendly service. I placed my order online, When I went in to pick up my order, I was informed that I was their first online order. The sales associates celebrated me being the stores first online order. That celebration and friendly customer service made my day. The food was made fresh and hot. The store was clean and not super cold inside. This was my daughters first waffle house experience. She loved the food and is looking forward to eating there in the future.“
“Walking in, Mr. Charles was the first person we met and he was so funny and inviting. Our server was sweet, and the music was perfect. The food though… this was a whole different level of delicious! We can’t wait to come back and try the breakfast side of the menu!“
“A Good Spirit In A Waffle House!I have eaten breakfast twice at the Waffle House at 1480 Jonesboro Rd, McDonough, GA. The last time a ate breakfast at this Waffle House I had an early flight out on a Sunday morning. What a great experience! When I entered the door, I was greeted with a warm smile by Ashley. She quickly got me seated and ready to order. Another warm face showed up, Koko. Everyone working was in a pleasure mood and singing. This didn’t feel like your normal restaurant. I watched as other customers came into the door and they were receiving a similar experience. Ashley’s job was clearing tables vs. waiting on tables. She cleared the tables with such a positive spirit, I wanted to help clear table. ? How could Waffle House find good people and have them all working at the same store on the same shift? I got to meet the manager of this Waffle House, Traci. After a two minute chat with Traci, I knew she was the “unicorn” at this store. Thanks Waffle House for a great breakfast experience and hiring good people. There’s a “Good Spirit In This Waffle House”.“
“Starting getting the Greeter, she was grinding to get everyone seated during Valentine's breakfast which was packed. She kept tabs on everyone waiting, constantly updating us on our wait time and assuring every one would be seated asap. From the bar to the servers the service was top notch and friendly all the way around. Great experience and it's got a great vibe. On top of all that the food was great. Started with the sweet and salty beignets... Amazing. Then I had the uncle Benny and my wife had country Benny, all outstanding. Highly recommend and will be back.“
