The location on hwy20 in McDonough is a complete and utter joke. They are slow rude and completely incompetent. After waiting in a long drive thru line we attempted to order two Oreo pi sundae’s like they have advertised all over the windows and menus… just to be rudely told they don’t do sundae’s and they don’t have a sundae machine.

This place on hwy20 is straight trash. After walking up there and the door being locked early, we walked back, got our truck, and drove back to get a well-deserved frozen dessert and sitting in a line that was moving at a snails pace. They proceeded to tell my wife and I that they don't serve sundae's that they do not have a machine for that as I was looking at an advertisement for "try Po's oreo sundae" Ok, if you don't want to do your job, then you need to quit. And to just blatantly lie is beyond me. Worst place ever

Unfortunately there was only two people staffed at the store. The team did the best they could but it was super inconvenient for everyone. The manager closed the drive thru, with good reason. Hope they can find more staff soon.

Couldn't even order food. We pulled up to the drive through and the attendant says "We're not taking orders right now." This was an hour before they were even supposed to close on a Tuesday night and there was no information on why or when they would be available to take orders.

When we pulled up to order in the drive thru; there was two people talking on the intercom at once trying to take out order. We was the only ones in line and still had to pull over for 30mins of wait time until I told my man to go in. While sitting here other cars got their food and some cars had to pull over like us this was not a good experience at all. Definitely will not be going back! Burger King please do better!
