Read the reviews and was skeptical… My food came out quick, was warm, and tasted the way I expect a good Burger King sandwich to taste like. The cashier was pleasant and friendly.

Horrible service. Staff, especially the manager completely ignoring customers. Drive through line around the building. Line inside. Manager never moved from one spot by the fries. Whole staff moving slower than the sloth at the DMV. He was kicking his Crocs off amd playing with them more than helping fill orders. Just sad. Took over 11 minutes to get chicken fries and a double cheese burger. By that time fries and burger were cols. Won't be back to this Burger King. ?

The manager, Michael, is rude and does not know how to lead his staff! The workers were more professional than he was this morning. He spoke in a loud uncaring voice and stated to me, "this is all we have buy it or leave it"! I told him how unprofessional that was and he stated again buy it or leave it! He definitely needs professional development in leadership. I will be emailing cooperate regarding my experience.

I purchased a number 2 with cheese it was awful meat was old I ask for fresh off broiler took one bite and realized I was screwed it sadden me that burger king has become a trash spot the food is like garbage the whopper used to be the best but now it’s old as nasty younger employees on their phones don’t have time or the patient to have good customer service this is my goodbye post to burger king it’s time to close you guys down or hire people that care for the job they perform

This location is the worst ever. The front door is locked and dining area is still closed even though COVID protocols have been relaxed for a very long time. They are just being lazy. Therefore the drive thru takes forever for the cold fries and burger. Ridiculous! The owner needs to step up and crack down on this establishment.

They’re supposed to close at 1:00am on Thursdays but they always close early around 12:00am. I’m almost certain the owner does not approve of this and this is just employees not feeling like working anymore so they just decide to stop.

Service was terrible! I waited at the drive through window for a very long time before I was even spoken to. My food was cold. The girl never spoke to me. Never said thank you. Didn't give me my coke and when I asked for it gave me the coke with no straw. Never apologize. Never said thank you. Come again no napkins just rude.

Went inside to place order after seeing long drive thru line and had to wait 30 mins inside to get the food. Only two customers ahead of me and they looked like they had been waiting awhile.The employees only focus on drive thru orders and make indoor customers wait. The employees just stand around looking confused, talking,leaning on counters and drinking sodas nobody is working. They also wouldn't let me cancel the order after I told them I had to leave they finally decided to work and give me the order I waited 30 mins for. Terrible non existent customer service they literally just ride the clock. Poorly managed.

I asked for my food to be cooked to order the manager said sure no problem but the staff was complaining and kept trying to get me old food the girl wrote her neck through slam the food on the counter someone came in from the drive-thru complaining about the same thing it's really sad that young people nowadays are so rude and can't do a simple what are the attitude is food I'm paying your getting payed to sever it it should be a win-win

Just shut this restaurant down it’s also something wrong whether no staff or no food and customer service is trash. Everyone in there is silly and laughs at everything like they’re on drugs.
