I ordered here a few weeks back and like a previous poster said, the manager is rude and rushes you to order. When I got mg food, I asked for condiments and the manager threw them and then closed the window. Don’t patronize this place as they don’t respect or appreciate your business here. I know this is a franchised establishment so we need to report them to corporate as well.

I live literally 1 mile from the nearest captain ds and I pass that to drive 16 minutes away to this one. It's always fresh and the staff is always friendly.

I got the most horrible Mac and cheese ever. I really never do reviews but this place needs one. All I can say is. Don't go. The one in Stockbridge has always been fine. And the food is usually still warm by the time I get home.

This was my first time trying Captain D's, which is in no way Long John Silvers (a favorite). I was excited about the fish and chicken meal, but had second thoughts about 20 minutes after finishing part of the meal. I will not be eating at any Captain D's restaurants going forward...especially with the disappearance of LJS.

I attended this restaurant today and I ordered a 2 piece chicken tender kids meal with fries and a 5 dollar fish meal. The man working the drive through was nice for the most part. When I received my chicken tenders I bit into it and it was raw.. I was very disgusted and sick. The fried fish also didn’t look very appealing. I got a refund for my tenders, but I will not be coming here ever again!!

Food was super hot, problem was with the taste and size of the fish and size of sides. The catfish tasted like pure mud. Now I know catfish is a bottom feeder and can taste like mud but this was very bad. And it and the 3 piece fish dinner were super small pieces and the sides didn't even fill the little area in the foam togo boxes. Maybe it's not just this location as the economy and the government regulation on commercial fishing has made them change the type of fish they sale.

The store looked closed, but as I pulled off from the drive through I was asked "what I wanted". The food literally mixed together. I had fish fry and green beans. Nothing was separated, and everything was mixed. The guy at the window got angry with me for asking for ketchup because he already pit 2 in the bag. He handed me 2 big handfuls and said this should be enough to get you to leave". Horrible service, will not be returning. Also got aggravated when I asked for a receipt, so I pulled off. ?
