This is why I stick to certain locations. The food was terrible. I was wondering why my son didn't eat any of it. I looked in the bag. Fries greasy & cold. Chicken patties old & cold. I can't believe they served that. I called to get a refund. No one has contacted me back yet. I just called again today, and he said they are working on it. I buy my son Checkers/Rally's ALL the time, and this has been the absolute worst food ever. I'm tired of paying my hard earned money out for stuff and the establishment not caring about what they are serving people.

Went by and ordered mozzarella sticks and they cooked them so long all the cheese had cooked out the stick and was a black chunk on the outside.

Would've gave all 5 stars but they got my husband's Burger wrong. So for service it's more like a 4.9. One the plus size, they had milkshakes and that was the 2nd time we've been there.

If you have to lock the doors to a business, during lunch hours then you probably need to just close this location. We went to pick up a door dash order and the doors were locked but there was two people in there eating. We went to drive thru and told them we were there to pick up a door dash but the doors are locked. One lady asked the name, but another came on the speaker and said "clearly, ya'll wanna come and do our job it's only two of us ." Very rudely. At which point we told her it wasn't that serious! She tried to say she was joking but she wasn't. Needless to say we won't go here again for any reason. Shut it down!
