I tried this place because I didn’t feel like driving to Jonesboro where I normally buy Chinese food. I read the reviews and said maybe it can’t be that bad, IT IS. The wings tasted old or sour, I tried taking a bite out of 2 to see if it was just a ‘bad’ one and I should’ve paid attention to the reviews. Don’t eat here.

The quality of the food has diminished! Also the young kids in the front of house were immature and didn’t care. Will not go back again! All the food was in different containers like this was a new owner or new management.

>Lots of room for improvement on soft skills.>The food is decent, depending on the menu item.But none of the overall experience justifies their exorbitant prices, and that is even said with inflation in mind.I feel like they take advantage of the fact that there really isn't any other options for Chinese takeout nearby; typically competition keeps businesses on their toes.I'll keep giving them business, but much less often until they improve on a few things.

I had the Hot and Sour soup, Beef and Broccoli and Chicken Fried Rice and everything was tasteful, appetizing and the portions were satisfying. I mean, the Chicken Fried Rice had a piece of chicken in every bite. Thank you for preparing me a delicious feast. I will definitely be back again.

Absolutely zero stars on customer service. Google maps offers to order online. Placed an order to get there and be told that they have no online orders and offered no help or way to correct it. Very rudely told it wasn't their issue and to get a refund, didn't even offer to serve us. I even tried to offer business advice in the recommendation that they try to remove the service from Google to avoid upset customers, but she literally waved her hand to shoo me away and said it wasn't her issue. Would I have been treated kindly, I'd have gotten a refund through online and still placed an order.
If you don't do online orders, then don't have the option to order online on Google! And don't be rude about it when we show up looking for our food that we paid for. I had to call the number on my E-mail confirmation to start the refund process. The lady working the counter was extremely rude and just kept saying we don't do online orders, they don't even have a computer. THEN CALL GOOGLE TO TAKE IT OFF AS AN OPTION. Why is this place still in business with all the bad reviews about them?

Ordered myself And my daughter food last night. I had pepper steak with beef lo mein… the plate was literally onions and bellPeppers really no meat and the meat that was in the plate wasn’t good. The low mein had a lot of meat and barely even noodles. I wasn’t satisfied at all. I got 6 wings and rice for my daughter they poured hot sauce all over the top of them didn’t mix them or anything and gave her a corner of rice and charged me $30 for these extra small servings and not soTasty food. My bag had hair on it when the lady handed it to me. I flicked it off and she just stared at me. When I got home and took the trays out the bag they also had hair on the outside. They should wear hairnets that’s unsanitary, I didn’t see any in my food so hopefully it wasn’t any. The food was made fresh and hot when I came in so that was good but I would not ever return here.
