Everything was great except one thing no toilet paper no hand soap and it takes a few minutes to get enough paper towels to dry your hands. no way anyone has checked this bathroom.

I like the price point. A lot of food for under $10. Chicken sandwich, 2 chicken quesadillas, and a very good shake. The food was good. Not great but at least not fried. It came out relatively quick.

my first time going to this location. i was hungry and wanted to stop somewhere before heading back to macon. i got a 2 chicken quesadilla tray. When we pulled over and ate, i was opening my quesadilla foil and i saw part of the quesadilla was real thick and i just assumed that someone on queso makes their quesadillas thick (not a bad thing). but as i grabbed it and pulled it out the foil, all of the cheese and chicken was packed in a lump in the middle. the outside half of the quesadilla just had sauce and tortilla. i was highly dissatisfied. i should’ve took a picture cause i’ve never seen anything of the sort lol

I called last week: still waiting on a replyBeyond disappointed and no I won’t be giving them another shot ? I thought I bit into an actual hockey puck, and those fries are definitely not the same! Absolutely disgusting, and the girls in the drive thru window or whom ever was taking orders was rude af! If the customer service has been better, i might have given them another chance.

The drive thru service is the WORST in all of McDonough. It’s absolutely unbelievable how rude the young women are that are hired to serve people. Service industry needs to be explained and developed. I’ll continue to write a poor review until they change the drive thru service to become more efficient and service-minded. My kids like the corn dogs so we come for that and love them.Kid-friendliness: The Jr trays are specialized for kids taste and I like that I can give them a special treat at this restaurant.

Not happy at all. Burger hard as a brick. Wanted a chili cheese burger so bad. Thought I was gonna get a hot, delicious burger. Not the case. I got something left over, dry and hard. I won't be visiting this location again. The cookouts in Tenn. And the ones in Rome, Kennesaw, Ga. We're excellent. I pay 10.00 for a burger, I should get a 10.00 burger. Times so hard now, everything so expensive. I shouldn't taken back but lobby was closed and I didn't feel like getting back in drive thru line. No problem I won't be going back. These kids running most restaurants now. An they just don't care.??

Food was great except for the full onion added to the double patty, wasn't totally a fan of the fries, yet l felt as though it should've been 4 chicken nuggets instead of 3 which were a tad overcooked or dry. Have yet to find something on the menu that l will eat over and over again.

Was water and maggots on floor, was not noticed till in the middle of my meal and was not given a requested refund!

Just opened up my chicken strip tray, to be met with stale chicken strips (like eating rubber). I was like okay, maybe my walking tacos are atleast good. No such luck...looks like someone really walked my taco on the street.Half a teaspoon of beef + a tablespoon of lettuce. Disappointed is an understatement.
