This place couldn’t take a order if you write it down for them I went there and ordered food and got everything wrong and ant give me anything I ordered didn’t realize this till I got home tried calling and they will not answer I spent over $50 at this place will never go back again I would not recommend this place to my dog

This location honestly sucks. When I went previously, there was no one at the counter to help. People were doing things elsewhere and after waiting for a few minutes I had to ask if I was going to be assisted. Then when a girl came to the register she didn’t know what she was doing or talking about. The next time I visited this location, the disorganization was baffling. I’m not sure if they were short staffed, untrained, and simply didn’t care but the service was terrible. I placed an order in the mobile app, and they said they never received it. Mind you I showed the order email and that I paid but they said If it doesn’t show up on their side they can’t make it even though I proved I already paid for it. So I had to pay twice. I called their customer service but because they’re independent franchises, the owner had to decide to refund which is ridiculous. I will not be back to this location because they suck

Love this location it's very clean and friendly employees welcome us with smiles. The $7 chicken strip w gravy basket meal is great and comes with a sundae, we love it!
This is the perfect "go-to" for lunch for me. Never crowded. Food is cooked to order, so it's always hot, fresh, and accurate.I appreciate the great service here. It's consistent and helps when you're short on time.

As much as I love ice cream, this ice cream will never touch my mouth again, to be real it didn't even taste like ice cream. But while I was in that place called a restaurant, the manager was very rude to her employees and I even heard her gossiping about other people to her employees. All I ordered was an ice cream and a milkshake and it looked like someone asked a horse to defecate in a damn cone and spit in a cup and put whipped cream on it after. That manager needs to be put to rest and let go, because obviously she missed the day where they were teaching them how to act like managers. Another time I asked for one of those cherry slushes and it tasted like piss, I ended up throwing it over a fence. All I can say is that I would rather eat at dennys than to eat here. And get a new manager. Thanks.
