This is a very busy location being in McDonough right beside the interstate and they don't have enough help to keep up. The manager was racing trying to get food out and had several people just going half speed because they were either overwhelmed or something else. It took two people 10 minutes to make a large iced caramel craze.

I’m not from around here, I’m traveling for my Fiancés job, I went through the drive through and was asked “how can I help you” by a man twice not giving me time to respond, and I said “one second please” and the guy very rudely said back quietly “you could’ve just said that”. whoever runs the drive through talking who seems to hate their job, needs to get a new job! I pulled off and left and got Starbucks where I was greeted better. Worst dunkin I’ve been to!

For 2 days in a row, I’ve asked for dark roast coffee and it has tasted like kerosene. Absolutely disgusting!! Had to pour it out. Not sure it’s been sitting too long or what but this is not what I’m used to getting when I ask for dark roast.

I just went through their drive through and the cashier (Carlos) was the rudest I ever met. Definitely see why they have 3 stars. If I could give -ve I would. Worst Dunkin’ to visit and they give the franchise a bad name!
I was given an expired chocolate milk twice on two separate days. They were both a month passed it’s expiration date. It worries me how many kids could’ve ordered one as well. If someone were to miss the expiration date it could result in getting food poisoning.

Been sitting in the drive thru waiting for my 2 black coffees for 17 minutes. Was told to wait a minute twice once I finally got to the drive thru order menu. Then she finally asked for our order and informed us “it’s busy in here”. Maybe she’s short staffed today. Idk. But definitely could have made a pot of coffee myself faster.

I ordered an extra LG coffee, they gave me a LG, I guess they thought I didn't know the difference between the 2. Don't charge me for an XL and give me a LG. If you didn't have any cups for the XL just say that and charge me for the correct size.
