Absolutely terrible. Thee worse Fire House Sub I ever been too. I specifically asked for no mayo... They drench it mayonnaise instead. The turkey and toppings did not taste fresh. The bread was soggy. I will NOT give this location my business ever

I love firehouse but this was the first and last visit to this store. They didn't offer any toppings and the few DROPS of mustard and mayo made them expensive tasteless dry sandwiches. Sorry I made the trip. Should have gone farther to another firehouse or just settled for subway.

I've eaten at firehouse subs all over the USA. Sometimes my sandwich looks as if it was thrown together, but tonight it was perfect. The fellowthat made it, Sonu, took his time and paid attention to what he was doing. Thanks!
Polite staff, but not particularly friendly. Our sandwiches seemed somewhat scant of contents compared to other Firehouse locations. Firehouse subs are pricey compared to other sub places, but it is justified because they are well filled, but at this location, not so much. The Subway across the street is a better deal.

I paid for a large combo. Double meat. Double onions and peppers.I received a medium combo and Double nothing even though I paid for double everything.was not greated at the door when I entered or thanked when i left the store. Staff acted like as if customers were not welcomed to the store.I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I ordered the New Yorker which is supposed to come with pastrami and corn beef....only had corn beef and very thin....more af a bread sandwich....do not recommend this place, that's twice and there will no other
I received my turkey bacon club this evening for lunch. I ordered a sandwich with no onions on it and they still put onions on my sandwich. I had them remake my sandwich and they took 20 minutes to hand my order back. In the process the manger was oblivious to making my sandwich and offered no compensation for my wasted time. Then they kept looking over the counter to see if I was still seating there and ignored me. When I spoke to the manager she got an attitude and kept raising her voice at me. I highly don’t recommend going to this establishment.

I love subs from firehouse. I don't know if it's the sauce on the sandwich or the freshness of the bread but it's all good. I ordered online using the app and it was so simple and easy. I was a little late picking up the food because I went to the wrong location a nearby road. Either way, I felt good that my food was protected and not just laying out on the to go rack.

My family and I have eaten at this particular location because aside from maybe one time where there was a little lapse in communication they get the order just right. After that first time we were hooked and ended up eating at this place so much we racked up over 50k rewards points lol. The sandwiches are great and the service is also great.
