Refused to make the situation right, refused my refund. Gave me attitude and short responses. The district manager is the worst no wonder the store is poor. Everytime I do an order online the sandwich isn’t made correctly. Use wheat bread instead of white. Never adds the toppings that are PAID for. They’re always nice but can I get my order right ? Or at least answer the phone.

We are fan of firehouse sub! We had a badly experience here today! We ordered food by the app, it said 10 mins, we came in 15 mins the Oder time, they said: just a minute! We were patient and went back outside waiting, we came back inside 5 mins after, and was waiting for food in 20 more minutes! It had been almost 40 mins I came at the register and asked, their employee give me the bag of food sat on the kitchen counter for at least 30 minutes, the bread was so saggy in the bag with hot meats! First and bad experience I’ve had at this fire house location!

My experience at this locations has always been great. I went by again after work to get a large turkey with everything add ranch FOR MY SON, they were extremely busy. However for young kids/ teens I feel they handled themselves very well. It took a moment to take my order but I didn't mind because " Mylencia" Oh I hope I'm saying her name right which I don't think I am. I will redo this Review, she was super sweet even tho I could tell she wanted to scream with all the orders. I got my order shortly after ordering and as always it was yummmy. They Rock !!! PERIOD !!!
