Called the Mcdonough location after receiving a cookie cake from the Peachtree City location. The cake I received from Peachtree City was not what I wanted and didn’t look good at all. Candy from Mcdonough location told me to that she would fix everything I didn’t like. I was in there for only about 15 min and had a completely different cake that looked great. ALWAYS exceeds our expectations. We love the custom cookie cakes; they’re a birthday must! Always pristinely clean and helpful, friendly staff. Best cookie/ice cream store ever!

You guys are absolutely the best!! I called and spoke with Josh on Thursday, told him I needed a cookie cake for my daughter who was turning 16. He asked all the right questions, was very polite and had the best phone manners as well! I asked him if they could put a disco ball on the cake along with a cowgirl hat. You guys went way beyond and we LOVED IT!! Thank you so much!! Hands down the BEST Great American cookie store! The cookies and cakes are ALWAYS fresh!!
