Came in today for a late lunch with the family. Service took forever. At some point; the cook got upset and started screaming the F word over and over again about being out of sauce and not being paid enough. The other employees were kinda confused and just watched as he slammed things around and kept screaming. We tipped the waitress and walked out. Didn’t think we’d get our food at that point.

I did a delivery for doordash and it took y'all 3 hours to prepare my food and have it sent 10 minutes down the road that is ridiculous when y'all have big grills and can cook multiple things at a time there's no reason why it should have took 3 hours to even start preparing my order very bad customer service like that is just

My server was exceptionally nice she made conversation like she known as forever kept our drinks and coffee field took our older promptly and made sure that our food was correct if it was not she fixed it immediately she was a great server I will come back and sit in her section again we really enjoy talking with her my server's name was Kacey

Upon arrival, location was short staffed. No one greeted us as we entered. We stood at the front for about 2 minutes or so waiting to be seated. We then proceeded to seat ourselves and waited patiently for another 10 minutes.They finally took our drink order and left. After another 15 minutes or more the waiter approached our table asking if we were ready to order. We informed him that we didn't have menus. He looked surprised and brought the menus over.We made sure to be extremely patient and nice to everyone there. We understand how tough it can be in restaurants that are short staffed.In the end, our waiter was great and worked extremely hard to provide the best service possible.I will add that this location should just make a better attempt to acknowledge everyone as they enter and provide the time-line for service at that time, and get them seated if possible with menus. Also, the biscuits and gravy was lukewarm and almost cool.All in all, we had a great meal and made sure to tip him 20%.Thanks and God bless...

Terrible experience, went with family and was waiting for over a hour. People who got there after me went ate and left and still no seating. Only got coffee after an hour and still no service.

Arrived at 1pm got order taken at 1:20pm. No sign of food after 2:00pm left at 2:20pm food was not even started. Had 3 people served before us, even do we arrive seconds apart. Saw alot of togo orders, never saw mine.
