We arrived at 9:30pm to eat. The host greeted us and sat us promptly. There was a table of 4 behind us who had ordered and were waiting on their food. There were 3 on the other side who had just laid. And there was a table of 6 in the middle of eating. We sat for 10 minutes with no server stopping by. We saw 4 on staff. Each of them looked at us. None of them acknowledged us. We waited 10 more minutes. The 4 behind us were eating, the 3 on the other side were gone. The 6 were finishing up. We still had not even been spoken to. Needless to say, we left.I know IHOP isn't necessarily known for their outstanding service, but I'm pretty sure Waffle House down the street runs circles around them.

We came in at 10pm as a party of 5- 2 kids, 3 adults. We were promptly seated but no one even looked in our direction for 30 minutes so we got up & left. I can understand being understaffed, but there were 2 servers and 4 tables total. We felt deliberately ignored.

worst service I have ever had anywhere ever. they had the worst attitude ever. the girl that gave me my to go order held it just out of reach, not handing to me at all, so I have to damn near climb over the counter to get my order. and that was on my 3rd time into the building because even tho I ordered online and got there 45 mins after I ordered, it still wasn't ready. I waited 2 hours after I made the order to get it. I call before I went in the second time and it rang the went to a machine and when I went in and called I watch the girl pick up the phone, hit ignore and drop the phone on the counter.

I had a craving for blueberry pancakes after work and swung by IHOP for their double blueberry stack. It was the best tasting late night snack after a long day at work! They are always quick to acknowledge you and it only took a few minutes, literally, to get my order. IHOP is my new go to spot!!! Love it!!!
