I’m a barista at the local Starbucks. Ms. Amy came through my line earlier in the day with the most positive energy for the time of day. That interaction drew me to Jimmy John’s after shift, once at the store I encountered more smiles and excitement to serve our public. The food was great. I ordered a meal at this location 12/31/23 at 5:50pm on the JJ app. The app aloud me to order and schedule my pick up for 6:30pm. I drove 45 minutes to pick up my order and when I arrived the location was closed. No where on the app is there a way to cancel or refund an order. Two days later when I finally got someone to answer the phone I asked for a manager. The female replied that she was the manager. I explained my situation and asked for a refund. She knew immediately which order I was referring to and said that wouldn’t be a problem and was doing the refund at that moment. The entire conversation she had an attitude over the situation. Five days later and multiple unanswered calls I still have not received my refund. I reached out to customer service and they were going to have the franchise own reach out to me about this. I’ve yet to hear from even the owner. I have been able to get someone to answer a couple of times just to be put on hold and then have them hang up on me. My next step is to report this location to the better business bureau.

Fast and friendly service. We came in late in the evening on a Friday night, and both employees were very professional and friendly. The lobby and bathrooms were very clean. We were traveling from out of state. Highly recommend.

Walked in to McDonough location off Hwy 20. The young lady that took my order was hospitable and extremely nice .After providing the order to the cashier . I looked over to the sandwich maker . And I politely asked ma'am when you start on my sandwich. Can I give you further details. Sandwich maker looked at me and said no tell the cashier . Due to the fact that I'm on a diet . It really pissed me off because all I was going to ask the young lady was to put the vinegar on the bread instead of the meat .Since her response was extremely rude . I'll just go to Publix moving forward . Customer service is everything. And as a manager myself I teach my employees to make sure that every guest receives a wow experience. I hope this review brings down your rating to zero . Sad part about this is that the manager was standing a few feet away . I told the cashier to cancel my order I'll go elsewhere. My meal was all most $20. I'm sure that would've help towards an hourly sales goal.Rude employees, disgruntle employees, and horrible customer service will always bring down customer counts/sales. This review is a coaching session.
