I order food from here often and besides a couple of times where the fish was hard, I had a good experience. Then on 3-9-2024 I stopped in for some fish. I was there for about 15 minutes. When leaving approaching my car I realized it had been hit and heavily damaged. I asked if the cameras could be viewed and was told yes but only the owner can do it. I was told he would be there 3 different times and every time he wasn't there. I thought, for someone spending money this is a heck of a way to thank me. After several attempts I was finally told that the cameras didn't work. Wow!! So if you go there and get robbed or attacked unfortunately you won't have any help. So I guess if you rob or attack someone you wouldn't be caught. Go figure. You gotta do better Marcus

Hands down best JJ’s I’ve eaten from, the food is consistent always fresh the whole catfish is absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly the establishment is always clean I past by 3 or 4 locations to come to get the best ! Thank you guys for the exceptional service.

Well, you figure when service is rude, the food should be on point...well, we had the shrimp and fish, and it was just okay. Prices were fair. It's better than fast food but not as good as a sit down

THIS LOCATION SOLD ME SWAI FISH as Catfish!!! If anyone else ordered a catfish dinner and it didn’t taste right… this weekend.. you were eating SWAI too!! I ordered catfish, they gave me Swai. On Saturday 3/2/24 I placed an order for (2) 3 piece catfish fillet meals (6 fillets total). I have ordered catfish here many times and never any issues.This time the fish was different, it was really soft, like it was not fully cooked. I spoke w/ Miguel,(manager )to report the issue. He immediately said, you can bring it back, but I couldn’t have catfish, because in error the location received swai instead of catfish. They had no catfish fillet.Instead of offering to refund my money, he offered to replace the fillets with red snapper the next day. I came the next day ( today Sunday after church 3/3/24) with the 2 -3 pcs “swai”. Miguel now said he didn’t know it was 2 3pc orders. He only replace one order and said he would refund the other order with a receipt. I brought the receipt back, then he refused to refund the one order he did not replace.1 purchase the following:1 3pc whole catfish dinner2 3pc catfish fillet dinnersThat totaled order was over $48, ( I had the receipt for Miguel)and the supervisor in charge promised to replace the fillet meal & give an extra fillet for the inconvenience. Instead he replace ONE dinner with a fish I never requested, and when I presented him with the receipt, as HE requested he refused to credit the cost of a fish dinner. Miguel apologized for selling me the Swai , by mistake, but refused to credit the cost. This was horrible customer service. He could have offered to substitute whole catfish or just refunded the amount I was charged for the swai fish that I never requested or even asked for!! This is one of the worst experiences ever.
I stopped there quite frequently because of the delicious okra ? they sell, that's my favorite place to get them,I usually take them home where I can eat them whenever I get the urge ? I like them in omelette and as my side dish.

I will give it a 5 BUT I do not care for the seasoning. I had the wings, whitening, hush puppies, and fries. The hush puppies were definitely burnt and the whitening definitely had no flavor. The chicken was good and crispy, but again, I don’t like the seasoning on the chicken but my family loved it. I could eat it again but I would probably forgo the seasoning. The resultant was clean, they were orderly with processed and the staff was nice and helpful. The pans of food were more than enough to feed 7 people.
