I tried to avoid a review. This place is in desperate need of management. My order has taken over 1 hour to be prepared. Once it was out the oven it was miss handled resulting in the need to make the pizza over. Meanwhile there was a lady name Carols pizza waiting for a DoorDash pickup. They took her pizza out to give to me. Mind you it was not the same type of pizza that I ordered. I asked for the manager and along came Madison with no apology. I simply wanted the store number. Her reply you have to look it up online. As I continue the hour plus wait. Explicit rap music is bellowing from behind the hot box. Still no pizza. I’m invested at this point. I would add there is only one person that has a uniform on. Pizza was ready after asking they were just making me wait….

Went to the drive thru was looked at by workers then they turned the lights off and the store was still open for another hr or so once we pulled off they turned the lights back on and helped the two people behind us and to be honest feels like the whole store is racist to white people they denied us service cause of the color of my skin tell ALL WHITE PEOPLE STAY AWAY!!!!!

I don’t know if I’ve ever given a 1 star review but it’s warranted.I placed an order online at 5:38PM and arrived at 6:10. When I pulled up to the drive thru window, I sat 40 minutes (in addition the 20 minutes waiting to get to the window). I was never asked what I ordered or if I wanted to order anything. I said “Hi!, I had an order for Kalen” and was met with “so do 30 other ppl, be patient with us”. And at this point I had already waited 40 minutes.Not to mention, ppl behind me started getting out the car going inside to get their order bc the drive thru wait is terrible. I understand that it was a busy time but I received a notification that my order was ready at 6:29 and didn’t receive my food until 6:55pm. The food was not hot when I received it. Very disappointed in the service at this location.

My experience at Little Caesar's on Friday, March 15th was quite disappointing. After waiting in the drive-thru line for an hour (9:04 pm - 10:06 pm), I was informed that it was closed and had to go inside to place my order. The staff acting as if this was the norm. At the least they could have apologized. The staff seemed unwilling to provide information about the general managers and displayed a negative attitude.

I accidentally placed an order with this store on this past Saturday March 9th and the order was for the college park location. I called this store several times from open to close and nobody answers the phone. Then sent in a complaint twice and called corporate for them to tell me it will take them 3 to 5 business days for the District Manager to get back to me. I’ve never in my life know a business that suppose to care for there customers to take this long to respond to a customer let alone giving me a refund. Just about all little ceasers locations are nasty looking I’m sure most locations are bringing in less then 3000 a day. So where is the focus. The delivery of the pizzas are very inconsistent from location to location. So with all that being said I’m sure there is enough service breaks for either someone to answer the phone or at least respond to my complaint it’s not Wednesday which starts the 3 to 5 day wait which is absolutely insane. I’ve been a district manager for 15 years in the food industry and if I had a manager making a customer wait 5 daysto take care of a complaint then they would have to find another job!!!

I’m only giving one star because it doesn’t give me an option to leave no stars… This place needs to be shut down ASAP. Apparently ONE pizza takes over an hr.. & the employees are rude and do not have any type of customer service. They always have multiple cars pulled to the right waiting on their food and usually multiple people in the lobby as well. Corporate needs to shut this location down or hire all new staff because a business like this won’t survive in Mcdonough.

This has to be the slowest little Caesars ive ever been to. Took me almost a hour to get my food. I only ordered 3 pizzas. Also from where I was sitting (in the restaurant). Im convinced they are aiming towards being the worst. I saw one person sitting down another on her phone. Nobody handling the food had on gloves..

I've been waiting on 2 separate refunds since November 3, 2023. This is going against my consumer rights and federal regulations. I placed 1 order and the delivery driver kept half my order was told I would be refunded for missing items and HAVE NOT. Was told by customer service number to place order again which I did it was then CANCELLED by the store, GOT AN EMAIL AFTER SCHEDULED DELIVERY TIME MY ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED. I had to call customer service again and was told I would get 100% refunded I HAVE NOT. NO ANSWER FROM THE STORE, NO ANSWER FROM CORPORATE. NO HONESTY FROM DELIVERY SERVICES.THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE RUDE. No sense of urgency, no need for speed, no order accuracy, no empathy. AWFUL. I originally just wanted my order fulfilled or replaced or a store credit but was told I could only get a refund. If that's the policy so be it but take accountability for the policy. Honor your policy.Where is my money?

I always like to leave good reviews especially for my ppl, but this place ain't it AT ALL!!!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!! 11/26/23 My sister ordered and paid for pizza online. I came when it was supposed to be ready and it still wasn't ready. I understand how service can get backed up at peak times. So I went to the store and came back within the time frame the employee told me to. They then told me someone got our food, and refused to make any more. We had all the confirmation. I was offended because my family would never try to scam someone over $40 of pizza. I assume they didn't check the person who they gave our pizza to. On top of all this, my sister received a traffic ticket for going to get pizza from Marco's after this Little Caesars incident. I understand why companies are working on robots to replace humans. Humans are becoming a disappointment.
