This place deserves Michelin Star. It is the best Mexican restaurant on the East Coast. If you drive through Atlanta you shall definitely visit it (then you can also use 23rd to detour around crazy ATL traffic, cause the place is close to 23rd and there is less traffic around). The food is amazing, the service is great. The owner is a nice gentleman, cheering the guests everyday and running the place himself. Also, if you like spicy food, ask them for their special salsa! I've been traveling around a world for a while, and it is the best spicy salsa I've tried (always get one to go, too).Parking: It has big free parking lot at back side, with plenty room, easy to drive in from street (very straightforward and convenient). Wheel chair accessible too. The place is popular and food is so good so be mindfull cause it gets crowded fast.Wheelchair accessibility: It has wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.

I’m shocked that this place has so many good reviews. I was here with a large group and some of us weren’t brought out our orders until 20 mins after our friends, we ordered chorizo dip and were not brought chips until it had solidified and become cold. I was never offered a water refill, during our entire dinner. My rice and beans were hardly warm when they brought them out and tasted like some kind of chemical.

This place is wonderful. We have eaten here several times now, and each time the food was wonderful and the service was great. This is the only Mexican restaurant I've eaten at where the fish tacos didn't have a metallic taste (as that cheap farmed tilapia does). This is also the only Mexican restaurant where my daughter will eat the ground beef. All the dishes we have tried have been delicious. We like this place especially because they have plenty of options to work around our family's food allergies (Gluten and beef), and they have some menu items that are different from the standard cookie cutter Mexican restaurant menu. I HIGHLY recommend the chorizo queso, it's one of our family's favorites! It's definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.
