Although this location is the closest to me I don't go here much because every single time that I try to give them another chance they have never been able to get my order right, there is always something missing, or they will give me the wrong items.

I went to this location for a breakfast chicken biscuit. With my mouth watered and set when I got home only to find that they gave me a mc chicken patty on a biscuit. McDonald’s just needs to close locations at this point.

First, the shake machine never works. I'm not sure why they even keep them on the menu there. Secondly, the management is awful because they can't seem to run an efficient service. The wait times are ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and drive up to jonesboro crossing, hwy 155, or even better, Eagles Landing & hwy 42. It's not worth the hassle going here, you will not be happy when you leave.
