staff is short with people, complete neglects the order details and was given incorrect order; ordered a papadia they added buffalo sauce to it when that wasnt needed, our “garlic breadsticks” looked like they had been left in the sahara desert and had no garlic or seasoning after making us wait for them to begin with, only bright spot was i was actually given the extra sauce cups i paid for here

Pizza was made incorrectly and no apology was offered. Employees and the manager that came to the front with red hair were eating ice cream cones. They should not be handling food and eating at the same time. Its disgusting I got my refund and left. The cashier also had an attitude as usual.

Every time I’ve come up here it hasn’t been great. Customer service from the girl with the red hair up front is upright awful. Airpods in, on a tablet, FaceTiming on the phone with someone. She’s rude and doesn’t seem like she wants to be there and isn’t helpful at all. Will not be coming to this location again because of that.
I've never had an issue with ordering Papa John's before. However while eating leftover pizza from my order yesterday I started chewing on something metal. Low and behold there was a piece of metal something in my pizza crust. ??

I keep paying for sauces and they keep not sending them. This time I'm driving to go pick them up after having to pay a delivery fee and a tip. Once or twice is understandable, but this is every single time!Note: For those that don't know you have to pay a dollar per tiny sauce.
