My family orders from this location all the time. I ordered for delivery last night since i had surgery 2 days ago and have 2 small kids and after 1.5 hours I called to ask about my food. First I was told it was delivered which it wasn’t, then she said it’ll be there in 2 minutes. Ten minutes later I got a call from door dash driver saying someone else already picked it up. THEN I called the store back and the manager was very rude, saying it was delivered. She said they’d make new pizzas and send it for delivery. She wouldn’t give any sort of credit, refund, or compensation. She was super rude during the whole conversation and even more when I asked for a refund. My money still hasn’t been refunded and we got no pizza ??

Order from here all the time. Excellent, fast and always pleasant! The thin crust pepperoni pizza with Alfredo sauce was amazing! Cooked perfectly! ??

When you pick up pizza from the crust, everything falls off. There is no such thing thing as crust on this pizza. Saddest pizza

I wouldn’t order here if I was you. They do not wear gloves here at all. One guy have and ear bud in his ear singing touching his phone to change tunes, fix his ear piece, touch the broom to sweep and then got the nerves to go back to his station to touch food. Then the manager don’t make it no better scratching her dreds with no hair net as she spread the bbq sauce grab a handful of chicken and break it apart to dress the pizza. ??‍♀️. Can you say ewwww

I've to come in whenever the Store Manager/Assistant Manager is available and seen!!! Great service with etiquette customer service!!!Any other time, NO!!! ?????yes !I've witness poor customer service, uncleanness (touching their hair, touching/itch nose(s),pulling up their pants w/o washing hands afterwards, not washing their hands from the register, utilizing their phone & ear buds, and etc. They wondering how germs/ Cov-19/minor health digestive disorder are brought amongst their area customers. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED, WOULD EAT THAT AFTER YOUR COOKING PREPARATION. You are represent as a WHOLE, as ONE...This action effects your workmanship, tips, area's conduct, raises, appearance within that subsidized location,your representation/social media, and CDC's policies toward FDC regulations. With that, you don't want to be shut down!!! It also make the Owners look ? suspicious ? and bad ?....Employees put yourself in our shoes role play ▶️! This location doesn't practice the clean safe practice. The cashier service the front counter and help making food and didn't wash hands between each task. Nor did the pizza maker wash their hands or put on gloves after leaving the prep table and returning to make another pizza. This location needs more training when dealing with the public's food

Can't count on getting your order correct or put any effort in correcting it. Order delivery and the driver forgot sides and refused to correct it. When I called the store there was only the same message that played over and over again and never got to talk to anyone for a refund or to fix the problem. Had to send a compliment through the website and have not heard anything from it.

We have used this Papa John's for several years and on many occasions. Friendly staff. Great food. My daughter has a dairy allergy, and we order custom pizzas for her. They don't usually make mistakes, but when they do, they fix them promptly.Dietary restrictions: We were glad to find out that Papa John's has a gluten-free option. Now we can order gluten-free and dairy free.

I’m extremely displeased with this establishment! I ordered pizza for my students and it was supposed to be delivered by 1:30 and at 1:40, I called the store to see where was the pizza and I was informed by the supervisor that my order was still at the store. By this time it had been an hour since I ordered the pizza! I’m extremely upset as my students were looking forward to us having a pizza party! They are going home on Thanksgiving Break and this really just crushed their little hearts! I’ll never order from Papa Johns again!

I really had a craving for Papa Johns until I pulled up and saw the person prepping the pizza not using gloves. Using your bare hands to grab ingredients. Do you all not provide food safety classes anymore when you hire staff? Is this a best practice for all pizza places now? Do you guys not see how that’s unsanitary. Gloves will give your customers a peace of mind and probably won’t make them sick if you just use gloves.

I walked in, and the gentlemen was on the phone taking an order. He did not acknowledge me at all. He continued with his call. I stood standing there for about 2 minutes or more, then another customer came in, and he didn't acknowledge him either. After completing his phone order, he then helped me with my pick-up. There was someone else in the back, and they didn't come up to the front either or welcomed me to the store. Food was delicious.
