Will never order from them again. I placed an order because I promised my boys pizza. An hour after I placed the order, I called and was told when the driver comes back, the order will be delivered. I know Friday nights can be busy. So I waited…2 hours after I called. They tell me that the order is on the way but them put me on hold for 5 minutes. They came back to the phone to tell me that the delivery driver came back with my order. He told me “l can send the delivery driver back out but by time you get it, it will be cold” SERIOUSLY??!!! I told he I would like to cancel the order and get a refund. He stated that he can Quality Assure the order where I can order it again tomorrow. I said no I want to cancel and refund my money. He offered the Quality assurance again. I had to tell him I am not ordering from you guys again….please refund my money. My kids literally waited 4 hrs for pizza I promised them. Talk about mad!!!!

I’ve ordered from quite a few papa johns locations traveling the country for work and this is easily the worst location in the company which I hate because it’s basically across the street from my house. Delivery is always a gamble, it’ll either be here in 30 minutes or 2+ hours. Only guarantee with delivery is the food will be cold. They’ve actually forgotten about me once and I had to call and get them to check the order history. Carry out is rarely ready when the app says it is but it’s usually warm at least. The manager tonight was embarrassing. Didn’t get a name but he was a heavy set younger red-headed kid. Polite to customers but micromanaging every employee’s every move, and scolded a driver ahead of customers. I felt bad for the employees. I hope whoever owns this franchise hires some real management and turns the place around.
