The food is good when it is prepared as ordered. I’ve had good orders but I’ve had more orders that were incorrect than correct. When waiting on them to make the missing item(s), the correctly prepared items are never kept in the warmer. Of course it’s cold by the time the missing items are cooked. The staff seems to acknowledge Delivery Drivers (door dash/uber etc) as soon as they enter no matter how long an ordering customer has been waiting to be acknowledged. This has been the norm each time I pickup my order.

The two ladies where very rude and un professional when I came to pick up my pizza the one with the high puff pony acted as if I had disturbed her she threw the pizza as if I’m not a loyal paying customer. Then the other lady with glasses came from the back with arm wrapped in bandages and look like blood was exposed and dripping the gentlemen however was very kind and professional he is the only reason I stayed as long as I did because the two ladies forgot to complete my order and did not give me my two liter soda and where using profound language for all of the other patrons to hear I was appalled and flabbergasted to say the least when I asked for condiments I do hope pizza doesn’t allow this to happen in All of there establishments

Time. After time. This is just ridiculous!!!! They've forgotten food on my order! My order has been hours late! And now I pay $50 for an order and my pizza is like this. I'm so tired of these restaurants. If you don't have passion in what you do, quit.

I'm guessing curbside doesn't actually "MEAN" curbside- it means pull up to the curb, and come inside and get it yourself. Pizza was lukewarm. Disappointed.

I haven't had Pizza Hut in a long time but I still think the food is amazing. Pizza was ready when I got there and was able to retrieve it quickly I will definitely visit again next time I'm in town.
They delivered half my order. We told the driver we ordered more and showed her the receipt, and she said she would bring the rest of the order back. She never returned. We waited up. Poor service. Took my money and didn't get my food. Food the was delivered was cold and nasty.
I spent $65 on a order. Food was cold, left out my breadsticks, left out my pasta, gave me 2 pizza I didn't order that was also cold, called and Mgr was rude and act like i was the problem. Customer Service does not exist.
