The worst experience of my life !!!! The manager needs to be fired like yesterday. I have never been so disrespected and not valued as a customer. This was the Pizza Hut in McDonough ga off of 81 about 5 minutes from my house. I didn't receive a whole pizza for over 3 hours!!!!

I have always received a dry pizza from this location with little to no sauce on it for years. Yesterday I figured I’d try them again since I have always enjoyed Pizza Hut’s food all my life. I ordered extra sauce on a medium pizza and was there to pick it up right out of the oven. Once I got home and took the first bite there was “NO” sauce on it at all. I even lifted the toppings to view the bottom and it was ridiculous since the receipt also said extra sauce that I paid for. To the garbage can it went and the $19 spent was wasted yet again on an infamous Ola Pizza Hut dry pizza. I will never waste my time or hard earned money at this location again.

I would steer clear of this location. The dough is old, toppings have been wrong every time & the customer service is non existent. There is a location in locust grove that is phenomenal (for Pizza Hut)Parking: They have vegetarian options.

Ordered curbside (was told it would be out within 25 minutes)...HAD TO GO IN TO GET ITOrdered the $7 deals as advertised... EACH ITEM WAS $8 AND ABOVE ON THE RECEIPT(Manager didn't care)I would not recommend this location due to the horrible customer service and watching the employees rub on their clothes and under their nose all while around the food.

I actually need to call the corporate office regarding this matter because it's too much to type here. Long story short, the manager, Sydney, at this location is EXTREMELY rude. He yelled at me on the phone and in person. Another employee had to apologize on his behalf. There were several witnesses and if you have cameras, you'll see him in action. If calls are recorded, you'll be able to hear how rude he was when I spoke about my order being wrong, he refused to have my correct order delivered, and he hung up on me so I couldn't request a refund because he no longer answered my calls. I had to order an uber to come to the location and have my order corrected (mind you, I've already made $6 for the delivery fee and now $10 extra spent for an uber). When I came in, I asked for the manager and that's when he continued to be rude and nasty, so I had to get rude and nasty right along with him to match his energy. So yes, at that point I cursed him out. No accountability for his actions. He was only argumentative and did nothing to de-escalated the issue. A regular employee had to step in and correct his wrong doings. I then asked for the number to the corporate office and he yelled "I'm not giving you that.. Google it." The operations manager is VERY immature. I have never experienced this type of treatment in a restaurant before. This man is not fit to be a manager. I will not be a customer at this location any longer and I'll be sure to follow up with corporate office.

There was a roach leg in my pizza! I tried to get a refund from them, but their manager Sid was very rude and unprofessional. He was not helpful at all and, it seems like this location needs some retraining. I will also be reporting this to the food safety department.

Ordered a pizza from DoorDash and Pizza Hut let some random person steal my order then wouldnt even answer the phone to possibly re do the order. Next time make sure the person picking up the food is an actual door dash driver. Will never get food from here again.

After spelling my name three times they still spelled it wrong on the order. When I went to pick it up they said I they had no order for me. They let me look at the screen and I only found it since my number was under the grossly misspelled name.

THIEVES! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! We ordered online through the Pizza Hut app, $53 after tip. Order says out for delivery and never showed up. We get a voicemail from doordash saying order was canceled due to store being unable to fulfill the order. We immediately called the store, had to call 9 times before someone answered. He says doordash has the order, I told him they said they canceled. He said they steal the pizza all the time, then why still use them!? Asked what he would do and said he would remake and send with his driver. 2 hours of waiting I had to call back another 9 times. He then states he never said he was going to remake the order, we needed to replace the order and he’d give us a $50 credit toward it. Lies! We spent $53 he offered a $50 that never happened. Called everyday for a week and at first he said doordash was responsible for the credit, then he says there is a $50 credit on the app. All Lies! I’ve disputed the charges with my credit union and it’s been a full month. We never got the $53 back. Hard lesson learned, so here’s the warning to others!

I ordered online like I always do. 1. It took over a hour for my order to even get ready I was giving 3 different time for delivery I saw my address was wrong so I call the store and asked to change it he said it wouldn’t let him but he would tell his driver to text or call me when he was outside so I could give the right address I didn’t receive a call nor text then when I called back for a 4th time I was told it was already delivered and that is was nothing they could do about it so then I walk around in my neighborhood to find the house and I can’t find it I was then told by a neighbor that we don’t have a house with the address I put. This was my first and last time trying this Pizza Hut

If I could leave no stars I would. Ordering a pizza through this location was on3 of the biggest mistakes I could have made this week. This location is .7 miles away from my home and I usuallyorder from a location about 8 miles from home because this location is the worst. I ordered a big New Yorker pizza for delivery and it was never delivered, it was about 1055pm they close supposedly at 12am. When 1115pm hits I call and Noone answers. 1130pm comes around and I call again, and again Noone answers. It's now 12am and still no pizza. They are closed so I wait until the next morning and go to the location and ask for a refund. The guy tells me the food should've been delivered, and continues to tell me that they use door dash to deliver and he would have to place a complaint through them but couldn't give me my money back, and to add insult to injury the app charged me 3 times. The guys offers no apology or anything. I stormed out because I'm obviously pissed. Now I'm out a total of $54 and have to wait for the charges to post before I can dispute the charges. DO NOT... I repeat... DO NOT order from this pizza hut. Your stress level and stomach will thank you.
