Today is 18 April 24, I got a 24 piece wings I got hot honey and BBQ. After opening up the containers I noticed that both containers were the same chicken. They were the same level of spice, the BBQ had what looked like lines of BBQ sauce squeezed over some of the chicken. My daughter normally comes and eat with me. But luckily I tasted both and avoided her burning herself from spice. I’m incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with what I paid my money for. POPEYS please do better

Was going to the drive thru but only cash only. So I went inside and waited for 20 minutes. No one said good morning or we will be right with you. I guess they were doing a big order. But still we are customers too. Terrible customer service. I just left !!!!!

Date night wifey wants to go to Popeyes we pull in they are slammed but we go in. Are order was taken food came out hot and fresh within 5 min we were eating. I think they have a great staff they keep the orders moving for sure!Vegetarian options: Red beans and rice fries etc I'm not a vegetarian but I would think you could find what your after.Dietary restrictions: Chicken is good source of protein without a lot of fat.Parking: A lot of cars but their is a big back parking lot wraps around the buildingWheelchair accessibility: Yes their is plenty of handicap parking spots up close Wich is great with wheelchair ramp on sidewalk.
Why bother? If you have had good experiences at a Popeyes, don't ruin your fond memories here. I'm not sure of any additional words that further clarify my experience. Don't spend a half hour of your life in the drive thru at this incompetence-infested hell hole to not even get what you were craving.

Dine in hours say “closes at 10pm” on the door but doors are locked at 9pm. Change the sign on the door if you are locking up an hour early. Very unprofessional

Never open on the inside when they have a sign showing it’s open from 10-10p. They are always out of certain items no matter the time of day. This location needs no management ASAP!

Worst experience ever. They are so broke and going out of business until they are giving you half of what I order. I asked for red beans and rice in the regular size and just the bottom of the container is covered. Food is cold. There charging you for condiments, and the chicken is undone. Worst. Bread is soggy. I would expect this location to be closed soon. I won’t be eating there again. No I will have to drive 15 minutes away from my house instead of five to go to Stockbridge but I know it’s worth it.
Too crowded, horrible customer service, my biscuit was left out. I probably won't return to this location.

Ordered through Doordash and order was completely wrong and missing most of the stuff ordered!! 2 other people in the same household ordered as well separately and they did not even get one of the orders right! What a waste of time and money ordering from this place! Lesson learned....NEVER AGAIN!! Bunch of freaking clowns working at and running this place! You would be better off ordering a meal from a gas station/convenience store; I bet they could at least get an order right!

That New Flounder fish sandwich is the Bomb!!! But you'll have to find the right Popeye s location that knows how to make it properly...For the second time I tried it at this location and it SUCKED!!!UPSET MY STOMACH AND EVERYTHING.
