Popped in for some ice cream at Scoops McDonough. Was pleasantly surprised at all of the other goodies beyond ice cream from candy to chocolate covered everything. Large selection of ice cream. Staff was helpful and my ice cream was delicious. Very rich.

We ate our ice cream while watching the employees or employee crowd around a cubby in front of us. I guess they were just hanging out. They were definitely more interested in gossiping. The ice cream was delicious.

Guy behind the counter was awesome! Was my first time in and he gave me the space and time to really take it all in. Great place to go if you have kids or for some sweets!

Use to love this place not so much anymore. Took my daughter and friends tonight to get ice cream and staff is very rude. The approach was a little much when asking us to leave. The hours posted says 10 pm online. They closed at 9. The place was dirty. The two young girls were completely rude and unprofessional to be in the service industry. Not sure we will ever be back. Sad that this establishment has went down hill like it has.

The customer service at this store is the worst! There were three young employees working late yesterday afternoon, one in a corner eating, one on her phone with her back to the counter, and one who disappeared as soon as we walked in the door. I patiently waited 3-5 minutes for someone to even acknowledged I was waiting to be served. The employee that disappeared then came back and stood there looking at me. I had to ask her if she could help me and with major attitude she says”that’s what I’m here for!”. Please educate your young employees on how to treat customers!!!!
