This salmon wrap was so good! Very simple but had a lot of flavor. The smoothie was delicious & refreshing. The establishment was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner is personable & funny. The service was fast. I can't wait to go back & try more!!

I just discovered this place in the McDonough Square. They partner with a nonprofit agency, "Heart 4 the City, Inc." and provided free tutoring services for my three nieces and daughter. At the beginning of the tutoring session the owner helped the children make smoothies and they were able to write the ingredients down so they could make them at home. I never thought they would be so excited to learn. I therefore owe a huge "THANK YOU" to Smooth N Groove in making their facility available to help children who need tutoring services through "Heart 4 the City, Inc." tutoring service was an hour long and when I returned to pick up the children, I purchased a pineapple mango smoothie. Now I'm hooked! All ingredient are organic. Great customer service, professionalism is on point, and it's very clean facility. They get an "A+" in my book.

First time here! Great ambience! I was able to meet the owner, and he is the nicest person ever! Everyone there was in great spirits. He helped me order my smoothie because I wasn’t sure which way to go. The Cha Cha was AMAZINGGGG!! So good and fresh! My ONLY regret was ordering a small lol! Large is the way to go folks! Can’t wait to come back and try more!!!

Me and my fiancé came here straight after working out! We were extremely hungry and anxious to eat something healthy. I must say when we got our food we were very disappointed. The quality doesn’t match the prices. We both got the salmon wraps and the salmon came from straight out a can. I couldn’t even eat it once I realized what It was. We spent $40 bucks and still was hungry and pissed. My fiancé got the orders to go and did mention the staff and owners were very friendly. See for yourself.
I ordered take out, Running Man smoothie and the salmon wrap. The FRESHNESS, the FLAVOR. You know how you try out a place and walk away feeling like the food was just ok? Not this experience. I would highly recommend and I hate that I'm just now getting to try it. I will be back.

The cold press juice ?, the chicken wrap ?, and the running man smoothie ?.Everything was delicious, and the service was top tier. I have bragged on this place to everyone in my circle.
