These people don't follow subway guidelines and are stingy with all items, as for the service, I was barely spoken to and employees didn't seem to know their own menu. Overall the business was clean, but I won't be returning to spend that much money on the smallest sub I've ever had.

Walked in to use a coupon for a 6inch sub meal and they informed me that they do not accept coupons. When I asked why they acted like they didn't want to respond and just kept saying no and shaking their heads.

I see why this place is slow. Put half the meat of other Subways, barely any lettuce, and a dip of mayo. Acted like it wasn’t his job when I asked for more lettuce and mayo. Won’t be coming back here again.

Every subway I’ve been to accepts coupons and this store decided they didn’t take any for some reason because of the type of sandwich I got when I’ve never had issues with that before. To make things better, they’re very stingy when it comes to their sandwiches so if you like sandwiches that are 90% bread, this is the place for you. Plus they charged me extra.The staff was rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE FOOD IS NOT FRESH & THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE!!! I tried to give this subway a second chance because I support businesses in my community but they are horrible! Jonesboro Road and Hudson Bridge from now on! Find new ownership for this particular Subway!!!!

Stopped in with my husband and three small children. Everything was fine until we went back to get two of the children another sandwich at which time I watched the older male making sandwiches rolling his eyes and being very rude to a very elderly lady bc she wanted extra mayo. Then the female worker who was only ringing you up went to the one stall restroom and was on her phone watching videos as I stood outside waiting (and knocking) for my 6 year old to use the restroom. I won't be returning to this location. Very disappointed in there staff members.
The worst service experience from a Subway in this area. Must do better and my family will not be back.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. Never spend a single penny in this establishment. Staff is rude inconsiderate and down right disrespectful. Subway doesn’t have a single item on its menu that’s worth being treated the way I was treated this evening. Stay far far away!!!!
