I purchased one of the new foot long pretzels and they were kind of on the burned side ?. I tried to ignore it, but I just couldn't. I took them back and asked for a refund. No problems ?

Bread was hard as rock, even after my sandwich had been toasted. The sandwich itself tasted super weird and I’m already terrified of getting food poisoning. I’m not sure why they kept the cover up, covering the view of the meats but that’s automatically a red flag for me.The Subway on Jonesboro road by Goodwill is the best. I only came to the one on 155N because it’s closer to my house but I’ll never go to that one again. I’ll make the drive out of my way for better quality.

It was the worst.... I ordered a kids meal turkey and a 6 inch turkey. She charged me for two 6 inches sandwiches. Didn't get the juice box or applesauce that comes with it, like it says on the board. Not only did I ask if it comes with it so did other customers. She was to lazy to read it on the board. Instead her answer was well I don't know ?. Very disappointed. In customer service your answer should not be I DONT KNOW !!!! The Manager needs to retrain staff to know what comes with meals and how to ring up a customers total. @

Don’t know exactly what was going on when I went in but the store appeared unattended, both workers were in the back sitting either asleep or playing on the phones. I stood in the front for 5 minutes before anyone came to the front to assist. Go to another subway.

I have been to this location 3 times in the past couple of months and every time I go in the prices are higher and higher. I just got a foot long chicken teriyaki sub - no extras, no chips, no drink - and it was $18. That is absolutely insane! It is definitely not listed at that price on the menu but the employee said that the owner keeps changing the price and hasn't updated the menu. I will not be going back to this rip off of a subway

This review is for the store #2135 located on Georgia Highway 155 North in McDonough, GA. I was there on May 4, 2023 and they are charging $10.00 for a 6 inch tuna sub. I called them today and asked if the were still charging $10.00 for a six inch tuna sub. Their reply was " yes ". I thought Corporate Headquarters set price guidelines. The employee working at the store told me the owner decided to raise their sandwich price by at least $3.00. Someone from headquarters needs to address this ridiculous price gouging practice. The same 6 inch tuna sub costs around $6.00 at all other locations.

Only one employee there. Long wait. No signage stating that they don't take coupons. Ended up spending $20 more than planned. Sandwiches were tasty though.

First of all you are a RESTAURANT and you can’t answer the phone?? I’ve tried calling multiple times to say I’m not able to pick my order up due to an emergency and I can not get a hold of anyone. This is ridiculous. Terrible service.

Prices are wrong 9.99 posted was charged 11.99. asked the girl behind counter her response idk.. do better..just lost a customer subway.. tired of stores not honoring their advertised prices..
