I don't like having to use the kiosk to order. I know how to use it. I just don't want to. I want to talk to a person.Also, the corn shells seemed to disintegrate before I had a chance to eat my food. I couldn't even pick up the "hard shell" taco without it sogging and falling apart. I couldn't even eat all the food. I had to through it away. I hope this is just this store and not a franchise situation!

What if there food allergies or vital within the digestive system A little shady with the time management and trying to visualize your food preparation. They do good making crunch wraps here with enough cheeseMostly people order from the drive through or ap. Hardly anyone inside. They do have outdoor seatingKind of hard to get in and out of compared to the other restaurants connected directly to shopping

Seemed like we were annoying or bothering employees when we ordered. They got our order wrong even though we were only people there.
This store is the best Taco Bell near me. I have to drive past a Taco Bell to get here, but it is always worth the drive.The food was fresh and hot. The person on headset was very soft-spoken, even when I pulled up to the window. He didn't even raise his voice when asked to repeat himself.We had to pull around and wait for the food, but the wait wasn't very long at all.Sidenote: The parking lot was clean and free of debris. However, the ugly smell of Marijuana (it didn't smell like that in my day) permeated the area. ? I know this hasn't anything to do with the restaurant, but I felt the need to mention it because it was disgusting.

Great experience this afternoon. 11/6/2023 7pm. Food was very fresh. There is a young guy that is always kind and very attentive that works the drive thru. I forgot to get his name but hopefully he gets his recognition. He always hands you your food with a smile. It’s not plenty good customer service workers now a days. Keep it up.

Food was good especially for 2023 Taco Bell standards, but why the heck do you have the lobby doors locked at 9am . I'm trynna get my Baja blast refill and I know that doing that is against corporate policy. Little buddy tells me someone is about to call corporate and have them come by.
