Ordered through door dash, mexican pizza was at very bottom of bag smashed by burritos and tacos. supposed to have spicy ranch on pizza, none. Ordered 2 chili cheese burritos, and got what they called a burrito, but looked nothing like a burrito. hot sauce diablo and fire on receipt for sauces, didn't receive not one, added spicy ranch to tacos and pizza, didn't put it on any. Doritos locos taco all smashed up on both with pizza. very disappointed.

Why go here with Del Taco across the street with everything fresh. One Del taco has enough cheese for 6 fron Taco Hell.
The service will better if they change their attitude. They gave me nachos that taste super bad/terrible. (Maybe the tortilla was expired or they used old oil) I told them and they look at me like “really”. The manager, and the lady on the window instead of say “Oh Im sorry” they look so mad and don’t even move. The cashier changed them for a fresh ones and they tasted good. El ambiente es de relajo, estaban hablando como si estuvieran en el parque, relajando y hablando super duro. Los demás clientes miraban asombrados.

This taco is slow door dash order been waiting for 20 minutes and still not ready no customer's and employees on this shift Sunday at 330 is horrible no sense of urgency and don't care about customers. I will never pick up another door dash order from this taco bell/ pizza hut just horrible . I wish I could give 0 stars. Whole crew needs to be fired

This is the closest one to my house so we go here often hoping for better service but it never fails the order is always wrong! The wait is always 20 plus minutes and there's always missing items so we have to wait again for the order to be fixed.
There were only two people working there did not want to wait on you even when there was no one at the drive-thru they still would not take your order. Left things off of it when they finally

Worst taco bell I've ever been to. Rude manager/employees.Sat at the speaker for 15 minutes, repeatedly asking if anyone was there. Saw 10 cars drive around me out of line before I gave up and went to the window as someone just had. They took his order and payment, then gave his food at the window. Asked if their speaker was broken when I finally pulled up, was told "No, its right here" with her pointing at her headset in a very rude tone. It was a mobile order, so I confirmed my name. I was then told I'd have to go wait back in line and order at the speaker to order from both the employee and manager. Didn't even get to eat the food after the additional 25 minute wait (40+ minutes) as it looked like someone had thrown it on the ground before wrapping it up. Health department should check these guys out.
