Went for Trivia. Wrong night and we called and were told Tuesday. Tuesday is karaoke night, actually pretty lame karaoke. Service was slow. Out of ten people in group, several really cold items.Place not worth trouble.

This location needs more staff and training in service because they’re terrible. I was standing at the pick up area for 5 minutes because no one was tending to the area. I had to stop a waitress to get the person to assist me. The lady was nice once she did help but that’s unacceptable.

I was down there for work for 6 weeks best ever. I loved this place. Employees absolutely were amazing. Great atmosphere Love this place,definitely one of my best paces to go to.

I ordered my food online at 10:25pm. Pickup time was 10:49pm. Took me about that time to get there. I watched countless people come in and place order. Their food came out before mine. Dining area only had guest at the bar, so they were not busy at all. Food was not ready until 11:40pm, almost an hour later. Young lady at the takeout counter was very nice and apologetic. At least the food was hot and fresh.

My server was very knowledgeable of the menu when I dined in. She also had great recommendations as far as meals were concerned. Food was delicious. Another night I ordered to go food and there was a young lady by the name of Yolanda. She was very courteous and knowledgeable of the menu and gave me and my guest some great suggestions for our meal also. She seemed very concerned about our order when we received it making sure it was to our satisfaction.
Yesterday night (4/13/24) my self and my boyfriend went to eat dinner late night at 11pm. We waited by the bar and was immediately waited on by the bartender. She was phenomenal, knowledgeable and super attentive. My server Austin remembered us from months before when we came. He got me to sign up for brewverisity and was overall a wonderful customer service rep! This two along with my food made my experience top of the line and now McDonough location is my new go to!

First time at a Tacomac and it was very disappointing. Waited almost an hour for 10 wings and 3 tacos,the wings were stone cold ,dripping in grease ,over cooked, and the drums were smaller than double A battery. You could hear the management yelling at staff for taking over an hour to make a hamburger and the staff was yelling back.I tried ordering online and it kept saying the place was closed and order wouldn't go through. I tried to eat the wings but couldn't and ended up just making a sandwich when I got home.
Just traveling and was close to hotel. The dry rub wings are killer original. Tater tots were nice and crispy and not greasy.Waitress was great!

If I could leave a zero review I would. Me and my family came in ( a total of 4) we had a 40min wait and we waited with no problem. After waiting we got seated and proceeded to wait 40 more minutes for a waiter to pay attention to us. After the fact that multiple people and bigger parties were seated and served before us. I am very disgusted with the wait time and for any of the workers to speak with us. Our waiter was terrible and I will not be returning to this restaurant EVER AGAIN. Highly disappointed with the service.

We arrived at 8:30 pm and we're told seating would take about 30 minutes. Inside waiting was a little full so we decided to wait in our car. After waiting for about 45 minutes I went in to see what was taking so long... I was then informed that the manager was making cuts to see who was going to go home for the evening and it would be another 20-30 minutes before we could be seated.... Completely wasted out time and by the time we could get anywhere else most things were closing. Taco Mac was such a a disappointment and the service was horrible.... 10/10 do not recommend!! Then I tried to call 4 times and no one will pick up the phone. Idk how with this type of service they're still in business
