AMAZING! Texas Roadhouse is always gonna have a special place in my heart! Phenomenal service, Delicious food, Friendly staff! FYI, if you get one of the lemonades or anything from the bar while it's packed, there will be a wait.Kid-friendliness: Expansive kids menu, kids up until 12!Wheelchair accessibility: They don't have a curb, so wheelchair and scooter users can get in easily. The aisles are sort of cramped, however. It may be difficult to traverse the restaurant, especially when it's busy.

I’ve visited this location an occasion of three times in the past two weeks as a Texas Roadhouse newcomer. I hyper fixated on the Roadkill Cubed Steak (Medium Well) with loaded mash tators and the first visit was blissful.The second visit not so much. As my order took over 45 mins to arrive to me. I walked in at the same time as three other patrons and they ate and left before I could dig in to my meal. It was made right by all the staff who waited on me, as well as the manager who charged me $0.01 for my meal. I tipped my server $12 as he was so kind and attentive.Because of that kindness, I figured lightening wouldn't strike twice in the same spot. I hate to say that I was wrong. I ordered the exact same thing and this time, they cooked it medium raw. I let the server know that maybe my lisp got in the way and she misheard but she reassured me that she put it in as medium well and the kitchen cooked it incorrectly.She returned the plate to the kitchen and about 10 mins later, the same manager from my last visit brought this plate out as well. It was the same cubed steak refired. I know this because it was cut just the way I cut it. I didn't mind, though. I just wanted to eat. He asked me to cut into it to make sure it was to my liking. I cut into the corner and it seemed fine. He waved to my friend I was speaking to on FaceTime and proceeded about his duties and I began cutting some more and the meat was still bloody. Frustrated at this point, I waved my server down and asked for the check. I wanted to pay and leave because I was over it and I no longer wanted the meal. She insisted I stay because she wanted to make it right so I opted for the smothered chicken instead. I asked for the chicken to have all the fixings of the cubed steak (mushrooms, pepper Jack cheese, sautéed onions). 10 mins later, I got the chicken and it had no cheese. I asked for a to-go box and the check. She said she had to get the check modified and she'd be right back. I only had to pay for my strawberry lemonade this time.Although I will not be returning to Texas Roadhouse due to my experiences, I urge anyone who wants great food and great customer service to visit! My experience is my own.

Dinner here for my father's 71st birthday. Upon arriving, we were seated immediately, and were waited on by the lovely and patient Rebecca. She helped us in making our order decision and recommended an alternative dark beer for my dad (who is diabetic and can't drink regular beer). While we where waiting for our main course to arrive, we were visited by the Alex the assistant manager, and we explained our disappointment over the lack of any proper dark beers. He took the time to go out and retrieve a pints of Guinness for my father, and not to add, had it poured perfectly. Soon after, our food arrived and was fantastic, perfectly cooked, juicy. My only complaint is that I couldn't finish it all. I hope to God that Mr. Alex isn't secretly one of those weird "all hands on deck" managers, because he made my dad's night.

What an amazing experience this evening. I’ve been to this location many times but tonight was extraordinary. Sharon was our server and she was genuine, upsold to make our experience better, she surprise me for my birthday. We will be back again and again.

We had lunch here. Our waitress was Jennifer. She was very helpful. Our rolls were overcooked and she took care of it. As we were ordering, she seen we was over charging ourselves and told us how to order what we wanted for cheap. The customer service was wonderful with the other staff being friendly as well

When my friend asked if she accepted police i.ds' she said the that "Makes her wary and less likely to serve him". What do you have to be wary about? I don't understand why people that were actually 21 had to suffer for their innability to tell if its fake or not. She told us the only exception they make is ON somebody's 21st birthday. So if I came in on my birthday you would serve me but 2 days you wouldn't? It just doesn't make since. If we had not ordered we would have left!
