First time at a Truetts chick fil a and it was great! I tried the loaded waffle fries with pimento cheese sauce, which were just okay. But the service and manager and mac and cheese were great! The fruit is a good selection (aka not just honey dew) lots of options. a they gave my son 2 stickers, a sticky placemat and a little activity book which was really nice

We used Truett's for our rehearsal dinner and the best word we could think of to describe our experience is PHENOMENAL! Leah was a gem to work with; her kindness, attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, and professionalism are extremely above par. The team she brought with her was kind, hard-working, and so personable. We had a group of about 75 people and everyone made sure to tell me that it was the best meal of the whole wedding weekend. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being the easiest vendor to work with and making our rehearsal dinner a breeze - it is greatly appreciated!

Take a CFA and put the sit down and waited on spin to it and you have Truet's Grill. They have a few differences than the CF fast food side but still the same awesome food and chicken. The reason for 4 stars in this case was the lack of service. You know CFA will be wrapped around the building a couple times but if you have this type of setup you need to staff accordingly. The young lady was courteous and kind but took a long time to get our order, fill beverages, etc. Still, it's God's chicken and it was scrumptious.

First time at Chick-fil-A and it wasn't a good experience. We stopped while traveling through McDonough for drive thru. 5 minutes down the road we realized we were missing some food. We immediately called them and requested a refund for the missing meal. They said they had just received a call from another customer that received the wrong order which led them to believe they had mixed up our orders. They went onto state they normally do food vouchers instead of refunds. We explained that we were traveling through and needed a refund as we would not be back in the area. Ashlyn told us she'd talk to the manager and call us back, we still haven't received a response.
CFA is just consistently tasty. If there is an issue they have excellent customer service to take care of food. I also went yesterday and had a "not so good" experience. My spicy chicken sandwich was room temp. I only live 7 mins away. I was very disappointed... Today I checked my food before I left and everything was hot. Thats why Im leaving a 4-star review. Yesterday's meal from there was simply disappointing.
