My husband and I travel a lot but when we come to Georgia, a stop at a waffle House is a must. Service was great the food feels home cooked every time versus fast food and the staff were all very friendly and smile. One customer like my husband and I so much that she paid for our food it was the sweetest thing ever ❤️

Horrible ! I came into this Waffle House on Saturday Night February 17, 2024 at around 8:10- 8:15pm I came here straight after work. When I walked in and sat at a high top for 2 minutes the guy with the half brown and half blonde hair told me that they were not taking anymore orders because the cook has to clean off the grill said that it would be until 9pm for them to make something. I asked him why I already know what I want already it shouldn’t take that long, and he said it’s gonna be until 9pm. I’ve came to this location before and didn’t have to wait until 9pm to order and even then there was someone there that was completely alone serving and cooking at the same time. That guy was there too (half blonde and half brown hair) (leaving him there by himself) I don’t understand why I have to double back to another Waffle House to get what I want just for them to say that it doesn’t take an hour to clean a grill it only takes 2 minutes. So you mean to tell me I have to travel all the way back 7minutes to come back and pass THIS Waffle House on my way home. That’s ridiculous. If he wanted to get off early or at 9pm (that 2-9 shift) he should’ve just said that instead of blatantly lying because I’ve definitely worked for Waffle House before. Smh dude needs to get it together or don’t work at all then girl with the brown ponytail that was working didn’t say anything just say there and looked. Smh

We went in this WH after church last Wednesday night and was quickly told they couldn’t serve us until 9:00 (it was just a little after 8:00). The restaurant was not full but several others came in after us. Very sad, WH has previously been consistently good but no more.

I placed a mobile order. I come in 25 minutes later and all 3 workers are sitting down on their phones. They acted surprised when I said I had a mobile order to pick up. 2 workers then got up and stared at each other trying to figure out who was about to actually have to do their jobs (omg they aren't just getting paid to sit?!) Now I have to wait another 15-20 minutes to get my food. 0/10. L in the chat.

This is a good waffle house. Food was really good and dining area as well as the bathroom was clean. While I was there, 4 regulars came in and were greeted by name, thats always a good sign.Parking: Plenty of parking

Our waitress was very prompt in getting our order to us. She was also very chipper and happy. She seems to like her job. Great experience. This is a good Waffle House on highway 155 at East Lake Rd in McDonough, Georgia. I recommend it for your meal if phesible for you.

I have been to a lot of Waffle Houses and this by far it the dirtiest of them all. Asked if they have been busy and they said no. Apparently they just don't clean.To top it off, looks like one of the employees brought their kod to work and just allowed them to hang out.This is a less than WH location.
