Came in Tuesday night, and to my surprise. There was just one employee(Chris)working at the whole store. I don't know which one he was better at, cooking, or taking my order. but he was superb both ways. Nice sense of humor and he cooks so Fast!! thank you for complimenting My 12-hour will work day with this awesome steak and eggs .

Clean and well organized team. Robert (manager) and Rhonda (hostess) were the best! I loved the constant encouragement and acknowledgement Robert gave to the team for doing a great job. Great customer service! They really tried to accommodate me when I asked was the steak cooked on the same grill as bacon. They took the time to clean it first even though I didn't ask. Thank you both for going above and beyond.

Walked in with my daughter for breakfast and was ignored for at least 10 minutes. Place wasn't very busy, maybe 8 or 10 people. I felt that we were ignored because of our skin color. We finally left without being served. Sad and disgusting. Do not go to this waffle house.
