I’ll start by saying I have a large family of 8. We typically order the meal deals and at every other location each meal deal comes bagged separately. Not at this location. Even when it’s specifically requested. Something is always missing. And this particular time when we ordered, I went inside to pick up the order and ended up having to bag the entire order myself because the person who was supposed to be bagging, it started putting all the orders of chicken nuggets in one bag they did too many, they did not give all the orders of fries and they incorrectly counted the number of chicken sandwiches and cheeseburgers. Not that but we ordered several Frosty’s and they replace them with their new orange Frosty instead of telling us they didn’t have chocolate or vanilla Frostys. Fun stuff. I was standing next to you and employee from Taco Bell who walked down on their break to get dinner and we literally watched her food sit on the counter until she finally asked to employees to just pass it to her and she would put it in a bag. Sadly the person standing at the counter, kept trying to open the bags, but seems like he was so high. He couldn’t figure out how to open the brown paper sack without ripping it…. Bless it.

This location sucks so bad. I have been here 4 or 5 times and each time is so bad. Cold/burnt fries. I've never got fries from here cooked properly (edible). This is the last time for me. I waited 20 minutes for food then the burger was missing bacon. Went back in to ask for bacon, she puts the burnt crumbs on my sandwich. Not to mention is was ketchup all over the buns of the first sandwich. Location should be shut down or employees changed out.

The crew was polite and quick to take the order. It's the food that gets me. I don't understand how at the start of lunch hr (11:15-11:30) I don't get ever hot fries and a warm burger?? I have been 2x within the last 2 weeks and get the same experience. I see why there's no crowd when i go. Maybe it's the drive-thru experience

I live less than 5 minutes away so cold food is not because of travel. The fries taste like have been in the bin since opening. Not even warm. My diet coke taste like the machine needed to be changed and it was watered down. The nuggets were decent... not stale but not hot either.Pro: there was no line
