Came in with my family for lunch after shopping the customer service was outstanding from the young men working. My only complaint was the manager Daisy the way she talks to the employees in front of the customers was absolutely rude. It's a way you talk and treat your employees where the customers don't hear the yelling and the screaming like you are belitting your staff. I would have love to give five star verses three because the customer service was great

The sausage and bacon breakfast sandwich was horrible....sausage patty was old and had a few bacon bits on it....also ordered Cinnabon....dry ..no moisture or taste.

I stopped by after church to purchase two biggy bags. I spend a long time at drive through. I got my food and one of the drink was missing ?. I took a bite of my nugget and it taste like something that was seating there for hours. I went back, this time I went inside.The young lady was nice who was at the cash register. She asked me if she can make it right. I said yes. I got my two bags to go for the second time and I still got some cold nuggets. I ask for the manager, he was very hostile and said I'll just give you your money back and he was yelling at his team with an aggressive voice. He didn't appoIogize or even look into the problem. I will no longer eat from this place.

Came to get breakfast @ 8:05am. Drive thru menu was still on lunch/dinner and no one came to the mic. Pulled around to find a guy writing something , looked at me and continued to do whatever he was doing. Asked an employee that was sitting in the lobby if they were open and she had an attitude telling me to drive around again using a circling motion with her hand. It’s too early in the morning for your negative energy and I’m on my way to work,.If you don’t like your job you shouldn’t have applied to do it! Won’t be visiting this location again. Horrible customer service.

I can say that this unit is one of the best, considering the different aspects, from location, infrastructure and service.Parking: Too broadKid-friendliness: Yes, like all Wendy’s unitsWheelchair accessibility: The two side entrances are level, allowing wheelchair users to enter without any difficulty.

The service here is horrible! They are clearly their workers run place into the ground with their horrible attitudes and rude comments. My husband asked for clarification on the total and was told he was broke because the cashier rung the order up wrong. To make matter’s worst, the manger egged his staff on. Never will we eat here again. The lack of professionalism is sickening. I hope the staff is completely replaced sooner than later!

Spend $25 on a trip for myself and my mom after a bad appointment at the doctor and and cold food cold freeze Frosty was supposed to be cold but that was warm so I don't know what was going on with this store at this time it was like 8:00 on Saturday there's like five or six people in front of me but the food was just nasty cold I hope this management sees this review so they'll fix the employee attitude McDonough store by home Depot . It was absolutely horrible

-sigh- Have you ever just felt like you chose wrong when picking a restaurant for lunch? I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, an unsweetened tea. My fries seemed to be drenched in grease. You know how they look when you put them in the grease too early and they just soak up grease then start cooking? The sandwich was fine but, the lettuce was all huge stem. At the end I took a sip of my “unsweetened” tea which was sweet tea. I normally give grace as you can see from my other reviews but this really rubbed me the wrong way as expensive as things are nowadays.
