Horrible customer service and too many entitled teens work here. The sassy guy with the ombré red dreads was HORRIBLE. I had to say “hello” to get him to take my order. When I get to the window he keeps his back turned and is on his phone. And of course my order was wrong. Not sure if the guy that charged my husband’s debit card twice and then tried to lie about it is still working there. They were out of every soda except coke and Dr. Pepper. This place is so ratchet now don’t go here. Better off going to every fast food place surrounding it.

I got a son of a baconator with 1 strip of bacon my daughter's bacon actor fries had no cheese and maybe a piece of bacon they should be ashamed I don't no if staff was just lazy or what but I will never go back to this

The staff seem to know the future. They apparently had made my order hours, maybe days, prior to my arrival. The fries had the taste and texture of the seat crevice or floorboard variety. The burgers were the temperature of a cool autumn day. The buns had the distinct feeling of having been microwaved a few too many times, but not anytime recently. The Coke was good.

I went to this one when I was broke with no money and the staff offered me a free sandwich with my order since the new cooks were taking too long. This store came in a clutch. I think their service is improving all around because people are complaining. I still love their burgers though. Thanks Wendy's!

I went for a salad at 7:05 pm on 01/25 was told there were no salads. Got a kids meal with nothing for a kid in the bag. No straw had to ask for napkins. No receipt paper. Worker eating in window while serving guest. Horrible experience. Bad customer service. I understand stuff happens but this is outrageous.
Service was a little rough. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my meal in drive-through, but was given a few extra items for the long wait.A lot of teenagers who move really really slow and not the friendliest.Everything I was given, though was nice and hot.

Don't go. Place is really ratchet sometimes, with poor customer service. They're always out of things. If you want what you want to order and have it warm, go to Chick-fil-A across the street. Trust me. This Wendy's and most of the fast food around that area (except Chick-fil-A) is one of the worst I've ever seen when going through the US.
