I am only giving this a 5 Star rating based on the EXCELLENT service received by Michael the bartender and Daniele, the cook who cooked our wings exactly the way we asked for, and Yahaira the server on duty who kept checking on us along with our bartender Michael! However, even as a former employee, I did not find it very professional for the General Manager to constantly eyeball me along with my boyfriend while we were eating and drinking, as regular paying customers, making us feel uncomfortable enough to the point of moving outside to the patio, just so we could comfortable eat our wings! I also found it very unprofessional and highly offensive for her to question our bartender about whether or not we were going to pay our tab…. I mean seriously, who does that? Very offensive and unprofessional for a GM of a restaurant! If I gave a rating based on the General Management, I’d give it a 0 Star rating!

Florence has an amazing reputation in her field because of her no nonsense attitude, her work ethic and core values. We recently worked with her on helping us invest in her platform. Although Mrs. Florence Boeli is known for good recommendation, she took our investment higher under her wing and found her the perfect place that was in her good range. Passed by the restaurant so many times and I always wanted to try it out. Decided to pop in on a Friday night to dine in. The place is like a sports bar with several TV's above every table in the restaurant. Our server MiMi was extremely nice and helpful. Me and my guest ended up getting the 15 piece wings with three sauces. The three sauces we chose was lemon pepper wet, medium wet and an original flavor called the general (which was a blend of sweet and spicy). You have the option to want your chicken extra crispy or fried hard. Me and my guest opted to do extra crispy wings. The wings did not disappoint and were the perfect consistency. We got a side of wild fries which is just steak fries and they were good as well. I was thoroughly pleased that there was no crowds given it was a Friday night. The bathroom stalls were clean and equipped with soap and paper towels. In conclusion, if you're looking for a good wing spot in the area, please stop by and give this place a try.

Had the best experience at a Wild Wings Cafe that I have ever had. I am from North Carolina and haven't ever cared for the service although, I LOVE the wings. My service tonight was excellent and exceeded my rather higher expectations. Server was a young man named Joe. Please let him know he gave Wild Wings Cafe a superb representation. He deserves a raise!!

My family and I decided to eat at Wild Wings after having a Great Philly Steak Sub there recently. Much to my surprise, I was disappointed this time. The presentation of the assorted wing platter was boring at best. The wings were laid out on parchment paper on a sheet pan with side sauces and celery. The order was exactly what we ordered but the wings did not have a lot of meat on them. This may be due to the supply chain issues we all are experiencing. We ordered 2 types of fries with the wings and they were what was ordered but again the presentation was bland. 2 baskets of different fries. We eat with our eyes and the presentation was not appealing.The service was good as the server kept our beverages refilled.The next time I eat here, I will eat the Cheese Steak Sandwich as the presentation and taste were excellent. The wings not so much.

Went there Saturday for lunch, only a few people there. Service was good, food was ok, basket of big fries $5.99 was smallest I ever received. (See pictures) I would have been better off going to a fast food establishment. The wings; 15 for $ 21.99 were on the small side also. Atmosphere was good with sports on all TV’s. Might be worth going on a weekday for their all you can eat wings for lunch.

Do go here took 45 mins to get 10 wings. They changed their menu. Brought wings then said fries were coming. I sat there for 15 mins waiting on the rest of my order. After an hour total I asked for the manager. 15 mins later the manager came. So I told him to please take my order off the bill. He got mad at me. Like it was my fault. Oh and my waitress also said they made her come in on her day off. She said "they told me to come in and do paperwork" "then said i have to work on my day off" will never be back!!!!

I was highly satisfied with tonight's service. From the host (Kentrail) whose greeting was polite and superb, my husband and I felt welcomed. Christina and Breanna made sure that we were comfortable and serviced at all times. The manager, Mike, was very pleasant and introduced himself to the guests in the midst of professionally running a restaurant. We loved Veleka's demeanor and her genuine customer service. She was as nice as the remainder of the team, they work well together, and there was nothing but positive energy throughout the night. Superb team!!!!!
