This was an awful experience and I love Zaxby's! I was first given someone else's order and gave it back then given my order but I got about 9 or 10 fries in a box with no season salt on them like they normally have and my sandwich was just gross and the wrong drink. It was pouring down rain and I had to get back to work or id of gone back. I've never been disappointed at a zaxbys but this was ridiculous.

Horse^$%# service!! Ordered at 11:50 via app. Food to be ready at 12. Told the Drive thru my order and was directed by window cashier to go park to the side and it would be brought out. Sat there for 20 minutes watching countless orders filled. Fed up, walked inside to find my order sitting on the counter while store employees doing next to nothing. Never again!

Wings and things plate was alright. Except for the wings.. might as well been called things and other things. Stale and almost nasty. This is the second time I’ve had nasty wings from here. I love boneless wings and this makes me not want to come back here. This is just my honest opinion

The person in front of me was at the window for almost six minutes, so in all actuality, I waited twelve minutes. ? The salad was fresh. The cheese bites were hot and good. The fries were, um... cool, limp fries.

Quick service, went through the drive-through. They were able to hear everything I said easily. Was not a long wait for our food, which we were kind of surprised because usually Zaxby’s takes forever but this location was great.

Absolutely terrible experience. The employee was extremely rude and acted like she hated her job. When I got home I realized they forgot my cookies, dressing for my salad, and all extra sauces that I paid for. I didn’t get one single sauce. Bread was burned and fries were super soggy. They gave a whole boiled egg in my salad didn’t even cut it up.

Fried pickles are the only thing that’s decent second time I’ve ordered boneless wings and you can taste how long they been sitting out. You would think because they’re telling everyone to pull up that food is fresh, THINK AGAIN! They do that to keep their time down. Not coming back here!
