This McDonald's is absolutely horrible! They got the same order wrong 3 times...3!! How do you get a m McDouble with just ketchup and cheese wrong 3 times back to back?? I finally just took it and left never getting what I ordered. Pathetic!!

Great drive-through service!Food is usually a hit or miss with any fast food. But, cold cheeseburgers and old french fries, 2 of the most requested items should always be fresh. C'mon. Do better, so I don't have to write bad reviews. Next to I-16, and it's very convenient.

This place is a JOKE! Screwed our order completely up, left with the wrong food despite showing both the cashier's our receipt. Gave my daughter her milk, which expired in FEBRUARY. IT IS THE END OF MARCH. Both cashier's were beyond rude, acted like they were high as hell, and refused to correct our order after proving with the receipt what our order should have been. Whoever is on charge, needs to check the cameras on March 17th at 7:45PM to see the interaction and who was working. This is the absolute lowest level of customer service I have EVER seen. Will also be placing a complaint with pictures of expired milk to the restaurant inspection services.
Stopped to use the restroom and grab a bite. The restroom was dirty. An employee was in there but didn't do anything about it. All McDonald's food is meh.

I came in here because we already went through the drive through and the order was wrong. Just decided I would go in and order instead of going all the way back through the drive through. Well came in and ordered on the kiosk. Spent another 13 bucks on top of the twenty we already spent for the messed up order. Then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for my child’s food. The food never came out and the front desk associate then proceeded to make himself and I’m not making this up 5 small sprites. I only know this because the staff asked him who they were for and he said me. I just left without my daughter's food. you can have my money i wont make this mistake again. i would say good help must be hard to find but it looks like simply help is hard to find. next time i will take my family to a other store with the super long line because ppl have obviously already figured this out about this location.
