Not my first time here. Previous visits food has been good! Had wings and salad this trip. Requested my wings to be crispy. They were tough and not done. Meat was black at the bone indicating they were most likely frozen. Of the 10 wings I could only stomach some bites from 5. My waitress was very nice but when I ask for my check and told her the wings were not done there was no concession for price or an offer to get me wings crispy as I requested. We have eaten here several times now and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised at how good it is. I have tried something different every time and my wife loves the wings. Haven't had a bad experience yet. The only hiccup has been 1 drink I order that to 30 minutes to receive. It wasn't busy that night either. The food was great, they just don't give you enough... I had to order 3 things just to get full. I only been once but this place don't seem to have a mixed crowd so that makes me kinda nervous cause... why not...I would probably be a regular if they had a mixed crowd, this place is literally in my neighborhood
