Placed an order online only to wait 45mins in the drive thru line as the dining room was closed/locked. Additionally at several times the drive thru line was backed up into the main road.It appears there was only 3 employees one of which was seemingly sitting in the dining room doing nothing. This location obviously has a severe management problem if they're only schedule 3 employees ON A FRIDAY NIGHT.If you're going to only schedule 3 employees maybe ensure they're capable of handling the amount of traffic that comes through.

I ordered (2) cantina chicken burrito boxes and (2) 3 soft taco meals. I paid almost $40 for extremely poor quality food, wrong item, and for all of my food to be thrown together in a bag with the nacho chips spilt everywhere. This was probably the WORST Taco Bell experience I have ever experienced. I live 40 minutes away from the Taco Bell in Midland GA off Beaver Run Rd and cannot drive back to get my order done correctly. I wasn’t given a receipt therefore I cannot properly leave an order number. I will never go to Taco Bell ever again!! I received two chicken cantina tacos per cantina box instead of both with a burrito and the quality is terrible. There is barely anything inside of the tacos. My children had the soft tacos and it looked like someone stepped on them and then threw them into the bag. As a single mother working full time without time to go by a grocery store to cook for my children I had to bring home half prepared and poor quality food to them for dinner. Absolutely disgusting.

This particular Taco Bell is run by a bunch of teenagers that are rude, disrespectful and just don't care!! Be there a couple times and it's always the same. I'm also an Uber driver and passengers have even mentioned it to me, so it's pretty bad.Would definitely NOT recommend going here, drive to the next one!

Let me start by stating that this review is specifically targeted towards the evening shift. The morning shift does great, polite employees and fast service. As for the evening shift, the owners of this taco bell should be disgusted with how their restaurant is being ran. The midland location is the worst taco bell in the area and they just spent so much money building it. 1) The line was to the entrance, 7 cars in total. It took me 48 mins to get my food. They only work 1 order through drive through at a time which is why they always tell you to wait to order, then they make you wait at the speaker so it doesn’t show actual drive through times on their reports. 2) I have a family of 5, our order usually comes out to around $35, so not a small order, but not huge either. Regardless, they only work 1 order at a time and yet, they forget something or mess something up in my order every single time. 3) The evening employees aren’t necessarily rude, they just have no sense of urgency and they just don’t care. I don’t care if they are young or old, every fast food place has teenagers working the evening shift, but this taco bell has obviously not trained their evening employees well. They need better guidance from someone who takes pride in their work. Teach good work ethics, productive processes, good customer service, and a personal sense of responsibility.

Too many teenagers and the only older person who I assume was the manager was really rude. Waited 30 minutes on an order. Yes it was a large order. After 30 minutes I was told they haven't even started on it yet. Then I hear the older black woman say "she's just going have to wait" like I haven't waited for 30 minutes already. Too many kids working their goofing around not helping. Pay your workers more and you wouldn't have so many teens working here. Won't be back

The food is fine, tastes like any standard Taco Bell. Not sure why they have you wait at the speaker instead of pulling forward to the window, especially when there's no one else ahead. That just causes the line to back up. You lost several customers who got sick of the wait with the line not moving and left. There were a couple other complaints of this in other reviews. Possibly to try to make the store numbers look better? Not sure how well that's working for this place when people drive off because the line isn't moving...

Apparently they are only doing one scoop of meat on the quesadillas now accordingly to the girl at the drive thru window, this is ridiculous never have I ever had a quesadilla look so bare from Taco Bell. First time in months I’ve been to Taco Bell and I definitely will not be going back anytime soon. Staff are rude and get pissed when you pay for extras and they forget them and you ask for the extras you paid for.

This location is fairly new, so it is still nice and upkept. The food is good, but sometimes not the freshest, for example, the cheesy fiesta potatoes are always hard and over cooked. The staff is okay, most of the time polite, but often times make you wait long for your meal.
