To the owner I'll leave a picture of my receipt. I ordered 4 combos 3 sodas 1 coffee. They gave what I thought was 2 sodas 1 water and my coffee so I told the guy this is just water I told him I ordered 3 sodas he told me no I didn't I ordered 1 water and that it was on my receipt the im guessing your manager came over rudely asking what was going on before I could say anything the guy kept saying it's on his receipt. Trying not to go to jail because of stupid people I told them to just f their selfs and left .turns out I had 1 water 1 soda 1 sweet tea and my coffee. As the picture shows I ordered 3 sodas and one coffee. It's sad not only is he going to lie he then gives me proof of his lie and that he is stupid. It's sad normally your people are the greatest.

Visited the drive thru this morning and ordered the special advertised, 2 bacon egg cheese biscuits for $4. My receipt is correct, but by the time I make it work and look at the order, I have 2 sausage biscuits! And to think I was gonna share one with a co-worker! I wouldn't have complained as much until I saw how over cooked the sausage was and the biscuit was crumbly and hard! No more breakfast for me from this Bojangles!

This is hands down the best Bojangles I’ve ever experienced. The line moves quickly, the food is always hot, and everyone is SO FRIENDLY. At most fast food places, the employees are fairly ambivalent, but the ladies at the window always have a smile and friendly words. I moved from another small town recently, and the Bo there was terrible, understaffed, and painfully slow. Not this one! Kudos to the management and staff…A+

Do better and you’ll get better results and reviews.I only even bothered to rate this location as a warning to anyone and everyone who see’s it. Do not go to this location. Do not. It is never going to be worth your time or money. I have been to this location on 4 separate occasions, and only on one of them was I even able to be served. The staff is unknowledgeable on even their most basic corporate policies, they are blatantly rude and disrespectful, and will even purposely lie to customers on what’s available.

Sunday evening around 7pm. Make an order for a 8pc family meal. Was advised they do not have 8 pc family meal! All the chicken they have is breast and thighs. What? What chicken place does not have CHICKEN! Unreal….maybe a lie idk. Soooooo cook more chicken maybe genius? So we left and took our money elsewhere. Just pure laziness!!
