So bad. We had a large party, but they told us we would need to wait 30 minutes. We waited an hour and 20 and finally walked out. While waiting, we set at the bar and the bartender stood in front is us cleaning glasses but didn’t serve us. She apologized, said she’d be right with us, and never spoke with us again. We sat there for 15 minutes. Crazy.

The servers here are always very attentive and prompt with service. The food, atmosphere and menu offerings are spot on with what you would expect with any other Chilis. But people really sleep on the bar menu and shot options. Simple but flavorful.

My daughter worked here in October and was never paid. We received a W2, but still no paycheck. She had to quit because of the hostile work environment. From her bad experience working here and the fact that they have given her and her parents the run around with her paycheck, this is not a reputable establishment to eat and spend your money. It’s ashame that management would not pay a college student that needs every dollar they earn.

Staying at nearby hotel and able to walk so did so hoping it would be a pleasant experience. Couldn’t have asked for staff to be any nicer than they were! From hostess to server, bar tender and manager, great service!! Salsa was yummy and meal was as good as we’d hoped for!

We waited easily 10 minutes before we were greeted. We gave our drink orders & food orders all at the same time. Our appetizers came out before we got our drinks (soft drinks). When our food came out, our burgers were cooked very well done when we ordered medium & medium rare. The manager dud apologize & said they would re-cook the burgers. It took at least 15 minutes before we got the re-cooked burgers. We had actually asked to have the burgers removed from our check so we could pay & leave since the rest of our party had been finished eating. 3 of our party sat with completely empty drinks during the majority of the time while there. When we asked for the check, we noticed we had been charged for 2 extra drinks. When we brought it to the attention of our waitress, she wanted to argue with about the drinks. The manager never came back to our table to apologize for our inconvenience. The only bright spot was the hostess Kaity, who apologized many times, seemed upset that we had a bad experience, and asked us to come back again to give them another chance.
