This location is just awful and customer service is a joke! Spent $110 tonight for family dinner and half the items we ordered they were out of after taking our order and not letting us know. The chips had no salsa, no sour cream, no queso, no guacamole, and veggie bowl had meat. The side of queso dip was thicker than pudding and was like eating grits! After going back with the pictures and food the manager Cody basically said nothing he could about the problem and then gave me a non working number for their general manager. Stay far away from this Chipotle unless you like feeding your trash can and a waste of money!

I've had Chipotle from EVERYWHERE ELSE, but this by far is the WORST Chipotle I've ever come to. The workers don't greet you with a smile. They act like you're bothering them when telling them your order. My bowl was definitely not what I expected!!! The 5 stars must've come from when they first opened because this is ridiculous!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND this location especially for Chipotle lovers!!!!!

This location always gets my order spot on. The only thing is sometimes they don't see me at the drive-thru. It's sometimes a hassle but no biggie. Food is always hot and fresh.
The lady who served us at the counter was one of the most rude and sloppy workers I have ever seen. I was looking for a name tag but didn’t see one, she was a larger black women though.

It was okay. The rice was old and clumpy. Not as fresh as I'd expected.
I don't know what all of the bad reviews are all about. I had this today and TBH it was very good. My burrito wasn't able to close and they were going to double wrap it. I told Cody that it was fine as it was a lot of food. I literally had to start with a fork and finish with the fork. I chose to have it like that as I didn't want another tortilla. The place was clean and super chill. People there were nice. Cody was very engaging with conversation and made our burritos with the best help and knowledge of things that we had questions about. Definitely worth going back to it as we felt like they care about what you eat and explain what it is as to even give us a sample to see if we even wanted the choices on our burrito. We didn't feel rushed or as if we were giving him a hard time. On the contrary, we had a really great experience with him. Thanks Cody.Will update when possible with pictures.
