The double cheeseburger plate is ??????. My food is always hot and fresh and the service expedient. The staff are a little abrasive but my food always makes up for it.

One of the worst experiences i ever had at a restaurant. We ordered at the drive thru, and they forgot a burger. We did not realize until we got back to the hotel. I tried calling, with no luck.When i drove back, the doors were locked (it was late), so i had to sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes (it was like no wait before). I get all the way to the front, only to have them tell me "it's been over an hour" and "i need my tray". My empty tray? "yes, you need to bring your tray". Why? (silence). I am so pissed rn typing this.I will politely try to resolve this tomorrow. I will go full Karen mode if i don't get my burger. The fries were amazing. The burger was absent. I have been looking forward to trying Cook Out for MONTHS. and this is my first expereince.

Terrible service. I just wanted one thing and they let me sit on the drive through without speaking for 15 minutes.i ended up pulling up to the window where the worker proceeded to not take my order.

Place used to be great and always had my order correct. After forgetting my fries once, they added them in and they were very raw, crunchy inside. After waiting 7 minutes getting them replaced they are still wrong. It's just an order of Cajun cheese fries. No Cajun, and hardly done again. All I really wanted was the fries honestly, the rest of my food and milkshake are cold/bad now anyway. Won't bother eating here again. Throwing it in the trash. Waste of money.

Zena was so pleasing while explaining the menu to me.She took our order then got busy in the kitchen while still running to the register to meet each new customer walking in the doors.Zena stayed busy the entire 39 minutes we were there. We watched as 4 other workers came out to the lobby n stood around doing nothing.Zena is ur best employee... I hope u keep that standard of employees.

Saturday at app 1am, at drive thru, a banana pudding milkshake was ordered and repeated twice by the customer. At the window the customer was handed a peanut butter shake. This customer is highly allergic to peanuts. Not a good "mistake". And after the customer tasted it and handed it back, no sorries or anything. Tis customer service nowadays.
