NAW BRO THIS THE NASTIEST FOOD I EVER ATE! How do you overcook Mac and cheese? Chickens tenders were soggy and definitely something I could've made at home in like 2 minutes. Ribs were nothing but fat, bone, and gristle and the sauce is straight vinegar. Then had the nerve to overcharge like we couldn't see the card amount. Never again.

Great place. Looking for some great BBQ and I was not disappointed. I got the brisket and pulled pork. The brisket was unreal - didn’t even need BBQ sauce because it was seasoned to perfection. When I added BBQ sauce, it was even more delicious. Will be coming back!Didn’t give five stars only because the sides were good not great. I had the Mac & cheese and coleslaw. I may be too critical of them. The banana pudding however was amazing. Great service from the cashier (can’t remember his name) but he was super helpful in recommendations.

Depending on who is doing the cooking this place is hit or miss. I spent 78 dollars on ribs wings and sides and got home to find that the ribs were well done and the wings undercooked and the sides were bland and tasteless. But the week before all of my food was excellent. Just depends on who is running the kitchen. The supposed manager also knows nothing of BBQ

Tried the chicken salad. Very very good. The girls at the counter greeted me like I was family and were extremely helpful. It was my first visit and wasn't sure what to get. Love the atmosphere. Very friendly!

Yum! Simply delicious bbq. I always recommend GA Bob's and don't currently have a favorite location. Every single one has awesome food! I'm basic, so pulled pork is the go to, and you can't go wrong.

We LOVE Georgia Bobs in Milledgeville. 10/10 recommend. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We’ve eaten here several times and it’s the best food we can ever eat BBQ wise in middle Georgia. Georgia Bobs in Milli even outshines the one in Macon. The one in Macon sucks. Macon doesn’t even shine a inch of light on the one in Milli. The beef brisket sandwich is the best! Will continue to support this restaurant as long as they’re open.

This is an excellent BBQ restaurant. The ribs and rib tips are full of smokey flavor. The fried okra & and potato tots are wonderful. The prices are very reasonable.
My husband and I had not been to Georgia Bob's in quite a long time; and decided to eat there again. I ordered a combination plate with BBQ and chicken salad-- with sides of mac and cheese and potato salad. The chicken salad was good; the rest were not. In fact, I brought them home in a literal doggy bag. My husband ordered BBQ sandwiches and fried okra. He ate one of the sandwiches; but experienced GI problems that afternoon and evening. We also ordered fried pickles-- another mistake. They were completely saturated with salt. I tried to eat a few, as did my husband. The price for this food was far too high. IF I decide to return, it will only be for the chicken salad. Orders are taken at the counter and then food brought to table. No other table service.

Generally good food. I've also purchased really amazing holiday catering. Reasonable prices. However, Georgia Bob's--and others downtown--are starting to tack on "card fees" instead of building credit card processing into the cost of doing business. I noticed the charge after I sat down. I inquired about it, and was directed to a sign at the front that says they charge 3 percent extra each time you use a card. My charge was 4 percent. Perhaps an honest mistake? Perhaps trying to gouge college students who will not pay attention? But know that this practice is illegal in many states, and federally, 4 percent is the maximum allowed. Think about that before you use a card downtown again.
