I slept in there mid-afternoon was nobody there, waitress was very friendly food was served promptly very good.Wheelchair accessibility: Very flat entrance easy for anyone in a wheelchair even alone whole parking lot seems to be that way.
My main problem is that thr place doesn't open early enough to sefve breakfast at breakfast time for anyone who's days starts by 8am.Waiting till halfway to lunch to open is kinda counterproductive for a breakfast restaurant isnt it?

Breakfast was great. The food was cooked to order and served hot. Our waitress was fantastic, she kept our drink glasses full and was friendly. We enjoyed being able to sit and talk and actually made plans to return.
This IHOP is the worst I’ve ever been to. Not sure who’s at fault, the owner or manager. The service is always horrific. Last visit, this pastFriday morning, the food was bad. It took 30 minutes to get the food. The omelet I ordered was like rubber. The bacon was burnt. The hash browns weren’t brown, but looked singed across the top. I don’t plan to return to this restaurant ever.
